2002-2022, that’s 20 years of Pingipung! HHV Records from Berlin made an interview with me for a nice feature on their blog and asked me for a selection of Pingipung tracks as well. It was originally released on their Mixcloud page. It's a spontaneous collection of personal faves and by no means a definitive selection.

In my sets, I always try to tell a specific story, one that seems to form naturally somewhere inside me as I think about the upcoming performance. Like a kind of waking dream.
It's all the more interesting that this one IS about a dream.

Starting with a transitional state, when you're still awake but no longer quite sure, through the first phase of REM sleep with vivid surreal images to the moment of realization that nothing is real and everything is possible.
