Plastic Fantasy on Komrad. [Radio Show]

Back in April I had the chance to play at one of the coolest parties I've been to, WARNING in Berlin. Originally was booked to play as Space Cadets but Adam was ill so I did it solo, was quite nervous at the start (which never usually happens), when the pitch of the first track starts drifting by itself you know you're in for a real ride!

Luckily with the support of my friends and a really up for it crowd, I got into a flow pretty quick and everything just started to work - I think you can really hear that moment happen haha. The party was billed as a rave and I really leaned into that vibe, so lots of acidy bits, trippy tools and fast transitions!

Was a real pleasure to just play a bunch of my all time faves to such a great crowd on a ultra crisp and deep system, big love to anyone who was there! Hope you had as much fun dancing as I did playing <3

This week @hanndmusic takes the helm for the 24th edition of our mix series!
Bristol based Comma Traxx boss Hannd has always been on a mission to explore the new or oldest sounds of the electronic stratospheres with an open minded approach to tune selections and music production leading to a continuously diverse approach to his releases, mixes and labels output. The mix for Fuaim is a party focused dive into the modern state of progressive house, trance and breakbeat.

The last mix on our series for 2022 comes from an absolute gem of a human and tip top deejay; Annx. Hailing from the big smoke and founder of the fantastic charity-led dance party ‘WHOMP’, Annx is often found spinning tunes lathed with driving and seductive hypnotic beats in clubs up and down the country, and is also partial to the proggy sounds we are drawn to here at Haŵs. 

In this mix, Annx weaves effortlessly through deep progressive cuts, weird techy head nodders and sleazy psy-pumpers before ending the journey with some hectic yet dreamy acid infused techno. You know you’re in for a treat when a mix kicks off with a vocal slice from a UFO sighting audio clip… 👽🛸😮‍💨

The next contributor to our radio is none other than Reece Walker (FKA, Carmel). Reece is Producer, DJ and Label Owner of R.A.N.D. Muzik Recordings along with co-running the labels QC Records, Breakfree Records & Bitterfeld Musik. 

He has been making music since he was a teenager in rock/folk bands but starting producing electronic music around the age of 22. Moreover he had always been collecting records since he was a teenager, but didn't start DJing until the age of 23 - which is now 10 years ago. 

At the moment he has been enjoying producing and DJing tech-house, progressive house and minimal but over the years (and still to this day) has played everything from Detroit techno, electro, ambient and disco - as long as it's groovy and/or has a bit of emotion he is generally into it! 

His last gigs have been at Zur Klappe (Berlin), IFZ for NYE/NYD and Distillery (Leipzig) to name a few. Upcoming he has got several R.A.N.D. Muzik parties, the first is for example at Neue Welle on 24th Feb., so mark your calendars!

Providing us with over an hour of his own unreleased productions we have a mix that acts as a stable representation of why Aus producer and DJ, Glen S is a name that is heavily circulating around the underground renaissance of progressive house and trance.
