@furie_e ~ her dark side emerged in the darkness of the Tech-room 29 basement already in the gloomy times of the pandemic. Currently, her biggest inspiration is broken electro and carving, humming techno.

Charlie, DJ, producer and LIVE performer is hailing from the Polish city of Krakow. There she caters to Krakow’s visual art scene as the CO-director of the project space „Elementarz dla mieszkańców miast” and throws parties under the name Szum uniting cold mutant electro with sparkling italo disco. Behind the decks she has been smashing dancefloors for years, selecting an eclectic yet always driving mix drawing from the same influences. But as a skilled pianist, she was always drawn to creating her own music as well. She contributed several projects for movies and performances - and over the years fleshed out a killer live show. You can listen to her releases on labels such as Ferry Lane Records (debut EP), Wrong Era, Pinkman, Mechatronica, Worn Pop and Dom Trojga

FECROMASS⛓️ @kunihiko-yoshida is a DJ based in Tokyo, specializing in EBM / Dark Wave / Industrial Techno. He is also the organizer and resident DJ of Tokyo’s Gloom Parties “NAN+NA” and “PHALANX”. 

In September, His first track will be released as part of a VA from “DISCOTECA NEGRA”. As the Agitator and Track maker for Death Trip Industrial Unit “Skin Job” they also perform live.

La signature musicale de Zaatar se distingue par un équilibre subtil entre son héritage marocain et ses influences EBM, New Beat et Trance. A la fois DJ captivante et productrice prolifique, l’artiste se libère des barrières stylistiques,  créant son propre paysage sonore, à travers des rythmes hypnotiques ou  entraînants et souvent accompagné de mélodies mélancoliques. Pour Technopol elle signe un podcast entre techno mentale hypnotisante, contrebalancée par une bonne dose d’EBM dark. Un mélange délicat et rare qu’elle souhaiterait démocratiser à travers cette sélection.

Bloody Mary’s ‘ALTERNATE STATES OF REALITY’ EP is the 50th release from her label, Dame-Music, featuring an exploration of acid sounds with her signature TR-909 and 303 drum machines. The EP includes three tracks: ‘REALITY ONE’ with crunchy drums and acid polyrhythms, ‘REALITY TWO’ with punchy electro beats and nostalgic pads, and ‘REALITY THREE’ with infectious drums and a high-energy remix by Slam. This release marks Bloody Mary's first full EP on her label since 2020 and ties into her upcoming Autumn tour.

ATRIUM CAST 025: MYSTERY KID

𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐀𝐀 ( @thildaart ) 🧿💙 is a Polish artist constantly exploring new sounds and inspirations. Their creative journey blends diverse interests, including painting, photography, graphic design, and visualization, with music and sound, exemplified by their latest work on the cover for "RELIC VA [LTCR001]."

Their music is characterized by mechanical fury, electronic-guitar clashes, factory rhythmics, metallic impulses, bass chain lines, concrete pulsations, electro-industrial textures, industrial atmospheres, and factory whispers. THILDAA believes that the sound of industrial machines pairs perfectly with electric guitars and male vocals, elements frequently present in their sets. Each mix is carefully crafted to evoke visual inspirations and emotions, building a story meant to captivate, seduce, or inspire.

While primarily working within the genres of industrial techno, EBM, and hard techno, THILDAA does not confine themselves to specific genres, allowing the freedom to fully express and convey their artistic vision.

Characterised by a discernible signature of harmonious yet implicit tensions, DJ and producer Hayden Payne’s (aka @phasefatale ) contentious palette of both precise sonic and narrative elements shape his world of techno. Presenting his second EP of 2024, ‘Altars’, the BITE Label boss forecasts a confessional state looking onto a decomposing world through the perspective of frenetic energy, evolving polyrhythmic sequences and fleshy dancefloor vigour. 

Built on a trifecta of three original productions, as well as two featured remixes from Kangding Ray and Setaoc Mass, the extended play is a walk through of Phase Fatale’s cadence for dancing around the structural framework of his tracks with superlative control, entwining rhythms from contrasting metres of electronic composition. Altars’ production of electric reverberation follows a trajectory of cybernetic kicks, stabs of short circuit zaps and heartbeat style drum loops embellished by the serene textures of euphoric gleams and sensual chords, augmenting a sonic motif of dystopian salvation. 

The remixes fortify the body of works gritty soundscape with Kangding Ray’s complex sound aesthetics delivering a frantic buzz of sonic tachycardia and Setoac Mass’ experimental spliced shrapnel from the tracks origin creating murky, blizzard-like scatterings. Walking a fine line between themes of the divine and sacrilegious, Phase Fatale’s conscious composition of hedonistic, multi-layered techno and complex world-building narratives further emphasises his production's structure and geometry.
