This is the third in our series of compilations where we hand artists a theme to work around. For this compilation, the theme was 'Referential Irony', a rather common occurence in contemporary music production. While this has produced some uncanningly beautiful music in the past years, it has also often been problematic in the sense that it obscures artists' intentions and that it presupposes an in-crowd. Seeing this is a rather broad and difficult subject, we asked 7 artists to work around this theme, providing a varying and personal experience upon the subject.

Seeking to aurally express the junction of technology, video games, and art by utilizing the theoretical frameworks of polystylism, spirituality, and esoterics; Jorge reaches into the depths of the modern-day with older, almost forgotten cultural lenses.
