PALE PENGUIN’s one of the key figures in Greek electronic scene. Based in Thessaloniki, Greece, he’s been djing for almost 30 years now. On his portfolio there are appearances in big festivals (Sola Luna, Balkan Voices, Urban Rhythm, Reworks, Butterfly, Spring Festen, Summer3P, Kapani Project) alongside Slam, Felix Da Housecat, Dave Angel, Luke Slater, Dominic Eulberg, Modeselektor, Rob Luis (Tru Thoughts), Coldcut, Octave One, Eddie Piller etc, and many venues throughout Greece and Europe. He has done warm-up sets to artists like Rjd2, Thievery Corporation, Richard Dorfmeister, Nightmares On Wax, Kid Loco, DJ Mushroom (Massive Attack), Frank Popp, Bjorn Torske, Bentley’s Rhythm Ace, Snowboy, Hooverphonic, Andy Smith, Meat Katie, Lee Coombs, Kevin Sauderson, Aidan Lavelle, Ursula 1000, Malente etc. For almost 12 years he was resident dj in the legendary Bar/Clubs “Elvis” and “Liebe” presenting Friday’s “Breaktech” nights while he have presented special dj sets for Thessaloniki’s International Fair, Thessaloniki’s International Film Festival and for the bigger Balkans Hip-Hop/Funk/Breaks event “Battle of The Year”. He’s got many exclusive mix sets for global net radios, a series of exclusive mix CDs for Freeze magazine and he’s the main compiler of the Electronica/Balearic compilation series “Return To Paradise” for V.I.M.RECORDS. He is a dedicated radio producer with many radio shows in Thessaloniki's best underground radio stations 88,5FM & REPUBLIC FM while lately he’s a regular producer on TOPIKAP RADIO. Additionally he was the main music contributor to Greek music and urban culture magazines “Freeze”, “Soundmaker” and “Crawford Magazine”.
His production activities begun with SCOPITONE CONSPIRACY and POZITRONIC RAY in early 2000s, from 2006 to 2012 he was a member of THE SCIENTIFICS , In early 2009 together with Kid Stretch he have formed the Disco-Breaks project PALE THE KID. 
Since early 2007, he has launched and manages V.I.M. (Very Important Music) Records, releasing quality Breaks, Tech-House, Electronica singles and albums by many International and Greek artists. In the beginning of 2011 he has started the Afrotropical parties/events DISCOTECA INTERNACIONAL with great success till today, while together with Wasabi (ERASE RECORDS owner) he has launched DIABLO LOCO RECORDS, a label inspired by traditional Mexican wrestling and the famous Luchadores, specialized in top quality Tech-Breaks/Tech-Funk releases. DIABLO LOCO RECORDS won the BREAKSPOLL’s 2012 BEST NEW BREAKS LABEL AWARD. At the beginning of 2013 he has launched the Deep-Breaks/Futuristic-Breaks label DEEP GARNET RECORDS and in 2014 he launched the Booty-Breaks label FANTOMAS RECORDS.  Since 2015 Pale has done a lot of exclusive mixes for various podcasts, sites and radio throughout the world and participate in many festivals and gigs in Greece and Europe while he focused more on the production side of things with many releases for labels like Lump, Tropical Twista, Garasadah, WAYU, Kosa, Zolotaya Orda, Baikal Nomads, Dreams Way, Downtempo Rituals and Shango Records under the Kellie Sakkaku moniker.

Manipura translates from Sanskrit as the "City of Jewels" Mani - gem, Pura or Puri - city). Manipura is often associated with the colors yellow,blue in classical tantra, and red in the Nath tradition.

Manipura is considered the center of dynamism, energy, will power (Itcha shakti), and achievement, which radiates prana throughout the entire human body. It is associated with the power of fire as well as with the sense of sight and the action of movement. Through meditating on Manipura, one is said to attain the power to save,change or destroy the world.

In Chinese qigong, there is a degree of correspondance with the term "Kua" or door. this series of doors connect with three Dantians that act as furnaces to convert different energies in the body. The lower Dantian exists in the stomach region. Its function is to convert sexual jing energy into Qi energy (a concept similar to Hindu prana). This is not the location of the lower Dantian.

The ten petals of Manipura are dark-blue or black, like heavily laden rain clouds, with the syllables ḍaṁ, ḍhaṁ, ṇaṁ, taṁ, thaṁ, daṁ, dhaṁ, naṁ, paṁ, and phaṁ upon them in a dark-blue color.

that was a fundraiser party we co-created, in order to collect money for Amazon Watch & Up2green who are two NGO's fighting to preserve and reforesting the rainforest in the Amazonas that currently are plagued with huge fires, because of human greed.
We managed to collect money to plant roughly 4.000 trees :D

kosha (Sanskrit कोश, IAST: kośa), usually rendered "sheath", the covering of the Atman, or Self. 

kośa is a soundsmith who brings you a flavour mixing - downtempo, acid house, minimal//deep-tech ranging from 80 to 120 bpm, electronic yet organic tunes, deep hypnotic meditative grooves and solid kicks infused with Indian, Arabic and other Ethnic influences which we beautifully term 'spiritual deeptech' a genre coined by kośa, rooted in the deepest part of India's underground scene.

ॐ//om -The great primordial sound, the original sound from which the universe was created, the sound of all sounds together. According to Hindu metaphysics everything is made of sounds (vibrations), since everything is sound, healing through it, is an ancient ritual, as sound is not only heard through our ears but vibrates within every cell of our bodies.

For us at kosa records this network gives space to connect ideas of various forms to do art for art's sake - not for social recognition. to break the rules of systematic exploitation of the artist's energy and to feel the soul in synchonicity.
there are no limits, as there is no mind. 

We consumed too much music and it started to leak and this is when kośa evolved into a record label in January 2019 with the release of their first various artists compilation Mīmāṃsā, though the real beginnings were with our Podcast series the raga saga https://soundcloud.com/kosamusica/sets/the-raga-saga where in we showcase an hour of beautiful music from our favorite artists from around the world.

50% of all proceeds are donated to Pawbro India Foundation that aims at feeding stray dogs and other animals in Pune, India, feeding over 150 strays everyday. Part of the artists’ stream shares are directed towards these efforts.
