About this EP :
The 4 Elements of nature, with their freedom and wisdom, take us to places of synergy with Mother Earth and human spiritual enrichment. Wind is freedom, Earth is balance, Water represents the ability to flow and Fire is passion and energy. Conceived by the talented Spanish producer UNAM in collaboration with the awesome singer Lola Nahual, together with a team of unique creative magicians such as; Mom, Thommie G, Sangeet, Lev Tatarov, and Serkan Eles, los 4 Elementos is a diverse and deep journey to enjoy.
The track ¨Los 4 Elementos¨ highlights the deep voice of Lola Nahual, along with ¨Its just a ride¨ inspired by Bill Hicks and one of his famous monologues, after that ¨Dragon Azul¨ is dedicated to the mystical flight and the life of this mythical creature plus all the other remixes which come with their unique taste each one of them. Trippin Jaguar will guide you along with his sound that rides the line between lucid and transcendental.  The thoughtful layering of acoustic instrumentation and captured sounds over electronic foundations mean the intricacies tend to unfold with each listen, like a good trip should.   Acid Break is a credit to his uniqueness and willingness to push the artistic boundaries, with an unrivalled ability to bring seldom heard soundscapes to the dance floor.  Trippin Jaguar enlisted a group of equally experimental remixers. Canadian comrades Nathan Hall & Johnny Posh reworked "Glow" into a cosmic and spaced out number with equal amounts of tension and ease. Analog atmosphere master Oora is back on the label with his dreamy downtempo rendition of Acid Break while Japanese expat turned  Canadian live set specialist Tokiomi makes his debut on the label with a heavy and heady remix of Mar Sara.

Have you ever gotten lost in thoughts and dreams while gazing at the night sky? Those celestial bodies sparkling in the deep dark blue have caught our attention and driven intrepid explorations since the dawn of time. The mysterious immensity surrounding our beautiful little planet has always stimulated our fantasies: scientists and philosophers have found challenges in it, while artists have found nourishment for their creativity. Our talented friend mUnO seems to fall in the latter category, since he told us that astronomy, the night sky and the concept of infinity itself, serves as the inspiration to create ‘cosmic soup’, which is the way he describes his own sound. mUnO is the borderless project in constant evolution, launched in 2015 by Gonzalo Urtizberea, also known as Gurtz and 1/2 of Kermesse. Gurtz formed mUnO as a way to express himself without stylistic constraints and to experiment with new instruments and samples. His latest EP, Mareas, meaning ‘tides’ in Spanish, includes two enchantingly melodic original tracks and four lively vibrant remixes by none other than Lagartijeando, Vruno, Betelgeize, and Señora. The beautifully diverse styles brought by these incredible artists blend perfectly with the motifs of the originals, adding some spicy beats to the cosmic soup. We at UCR are honoured to serve such a delicious meal to you, dear sonic diners, so please enjoy it…or should we say ‘¡Que disfruten!’.

ॐ//om -The great primordial sound, the original sound from which the universe was created, the sound of all sounds together. According to Hindu metaphysics everything is made of sounds (vibrations), since everything is sound, healing through it, is an ancient ritual, as sound is not only heard through our ears but vibrates within every cell of our bodies.

kosha (Sanskrit कोश, IAST: kośa), usually rendered "sheath", the covering of the Atman, or Self. 

kośa is a soundsmith who brings you a flavour mixing - downtempo, acid house, minimal//deep-tech ranging from 80 to 120 bpm, electronic yet organic tunes, deep hypnotic meditative grooves and solid kicks infused with Indian, Arabic and other Ethnic influences which we beautifully term 'spiritual deeptech' a genre coined by kośa, rooted in the deepest part of India's underground scene.

For us at kosa records this network gives space to connect ideas of various forms to do art for art's sake - not for social recognition. to break the rules of systematic exploitation of the artist's energy and to feel the soul in synchonicity.
there are no limits, as there is no mind. 

We consumed too much music and it started to leak and this is when kośa evolved into a record label in January 2019 with the release of their first various artists compilation Mīmāṃsā, though the real beginnings were with our Podcast series the raga saga https://soundcloud.com/kosamusica/sets/the-raga-saga where in we showcase an hour of beautiful music from our favorite artists from around the world.

33% of all proceeds are donated to Mountain Village Foundation that aims at educating the underprivileged women and children in the northern parts of India.
