Un día, uno se despierta en una realidad cruda que lo único que muestra son las marcas que el tiempo ha dejado en el alma. Apresurados e inadvertidos del presente,  intentamos sacarle todo el provecho a la vida. Escribimos planes, metas y sueños trazando expectativas y olvidando que en realidad la vida es única y que es exclusivamente lo que está pasando ahora. Nos hemos dado cuenta de que la vida no consiste en una serie de eventos extraordinarios, si no en aprender a apreciar lo extraordinario en las cosas pequeñas. Una vez que entendemos que lo extraordinario se encuentra en la apreciación de lo ordinario, podemos comenzar a vivir.

Con mucho gusto y felicidad les compartimos nuestra doceava edición, presentando a un joven DJ y productor mexicano residente en Guadalajara: Narcisse. Que nos preparó para esta ocasión un gran set plasmando todo lo que ha vivido y sentido dando a conocer una cara de el. kosha (Sanskrit कोश, IAST: kośa), usually rendered "sheath", the covering of the Atman, or Self. 

kośa is a soundsmith who brings you a flavour mixing - downtempo, acid house, minimal//deep-tech ranging from 80 to 120 bpm, electronic yet organic tunes, deep hypnotic meditative grooves and solid kicks infused with Indian, Arabic and other Ethnic influences which we beautifully term 'spiritual deeptech' a genre coined by kośa, rooted in the deepest part of India's underground scene.

ॐ//om -The great primordial sound, the original sound from which the universe was created, the sound of all sounds together. According to Hindu metaphysics everything is made of sounds (vibrations), since everything is sound, healing through it, is an ancient ritual, as sound is not only heard through our ears but vibrates within every cell of our bodies.

For us at kosa records this network gives space to connect ideas of various forms to do art for art's sake - not for social recognition. to break the rules of systematic exploitation of the artist's energy and to feel the soul in synchonicity.

We consumed too much music and it started to leak and this is when kośa evolved into a record label in January 2019 with the release of their first various artists compilation Mīmāṃsā, though the real beginnings were with our Podcast series the raga saga https://soundcloud.com/kosamusica/sets/the-raga-saga where in we showcase an hour of beautiful music from our favorite artists from around the world.

50% of all proceeds are donated to Pawbro India Foundation that aims at feeding stray dogs and other animals in Pune, India, feeding over 150 strays everyday. Part of the artists’ stream shares are directed towards these efforts.
