As the name might suggest, this is a remix I made of one of my own tracks, "Pulse of The 305." Specifically, this is a deep house remix of this song without the dembow beat and more "straightforward." Tonally, it reminds me of the Wynwood Art District and the EDM scene there; hence, the "Wynwood Remix" moniker. I have boosted the bass and further layered the track since I first wrote this remix, and it used to be a part of one of my 24/7 live streams.

Moran & Steven Angel from Tel Aviv are much more than your average married couple. Their typical date is blazing house & techno beats together in their studio or setting a dance-floor on fire during with one of their DJ sets. 

El Acordéon Triste is an upbeat summer banger fusing an afro house beats with a Spanish vocal. The track urges one to Let Yourself Go (Dejate llevar) and to enjoy life and music despite the troublesome times we currently are in.		

Berlin veterans Dole & Kom (20M Youtube Streams, 12M Spotify streams) through in a handful of Marimba, a pinch of tom toms and sprinkle some tribal drums on top for a full power afro house bomb ready to rock the dancefloors.		

Israeli producers ABKIN and Rafael complete the Remix EP with two unique cuts. Abkin’s remix is a groovy, melodic rework with warm disco and lounge atmospheres. Rafael brings a full on peak hour remix with tribal chants and main room beats.

Heave that sigh and unwind with an idyllic jaunt through the peaks and troughs of House, as Forniva and
Eleven Sins unfurl MBR396. The Bosnian producers who broke through and flourished in the progressive
realm, team up once again, rendering a harmonic collision of two rising stars within MoBlack Records’
purview. Forniva and Eleven Sins’ 13:23 minute excursion starts off with Vesela. and a blithe attitude in
tow. Textured stratas of organic and synthetic elements tread Vesela forward, driven by a seductive
groove that piques senses from the get go. Chic tempering of reverb and timbre rivets, while pitched high
notes touch all nerve endings of the chromatic spectrum, 6:52 minutes of absolute dancefloor elation -
that’s what Vesela stands for anyway. Turning over, the duo wraps up their EP with a rhythmic,
bass-chasing finale. While A side usurps the senses and darts through emotions, B side is physics-savvy,
triggering lithe movement as it sets temperatures and vigor rising. Rich with percussion and sultry riffs,
Krater is a standout dance track, bent on enrapturing bodies in rhapsodic groove from start to finish, a
fulfilling complement to its melodic predecessor.

Ringing in the new year, MoBlack Records takes its listeners on a sonic sojourn with a 10-piece
compilation by various up and coming artists from all across the globe. Composed during
unprecedented times, this eclectic mix of forward-thinking, present-focused tracks traverse not
only the vague barriers of an interconnected and equally isolated digital world, but also gray
areas within genres and subgenres that make music feel more intuitive and in the moment.
Parisian artist Notre Dame starts off the Mo’Vibes collection with his vibrant love-charged ode
’Kaneba’, followed by Swiss duo Animal Trainer cruising the humid rhythm of clear turquoise
waters and virulent currents in the ‘Verzasca’. South Africa’s Candy Man takes ‘Two Steps to
Samburu’, drenched in solar elements, in perfect complement to Spanish artist Miganova’s
pursuit of dreamy melodies in ‘Illusion’. Infusing a bit of Brooklyn, Berlin and his Benin roots,
Ameme jolts deep fetching, energies in ‘Ewe’, as Dutch artist LevyM keeps the momentum with
his sultry Movement-inducing contribution MBR415 just before Kiev’s Stas Drive lets the law of
motion sink in, afflicting the vestibular nerve with a sense of giddiness, ‘Vertigo’. Winding down
MoBlack’s first release of 2021, Francisco Garcia lets music speak with ethereal vibes in
‘Talking Without Words,’ and no 2020 VA compilation is quite complete without catching the
tense beat of ‘Lockdown,’ which Mexico’s Jömiêl captures candidly. At the tenth spot, Stix the
Artist lands us back right at home, or ‘Gau Lapeng’ in Southern Sotho, with a pulsating dance
that shrugs off a bit of the old, to vibe in the new. Just in time, Mo’Vibes sets the year off to a
good start.
