Having played geographically rich tours, which include the biggest notable festivals and clubs along multiple continents worldwide, she is eager to innovate, create and evoke her bursting energy into the sound, which was and remains the main core of 8Kays’ motto and lust to the neverending musical landscapes of her profound artistry.

Through experiences, we tell our stories, shape our personalities, and build our perception of life.

We thus also become subject to sudden and unpredictable changes of moods and to whims and caprice of life. Like the planet Mercury, we split into two. Our one-half freezes in endless darkness, while the other half glitters with a perfect shade of orange under the rays of our one and only sun. We thus become the Mercurials. We live through different tones of life, swinging from ice to fire.

Certain life experiences evoke certain emotions, and these emotions, at once, push thoughts to the surface - thoughts that puncture our life. An experience thus turns into an anchor that we hold fast and remember forever.

The ceaseless battle that we fight with ourselves, creating this Mercurial cacophony. In the end, it is all about our story that resonates throughout the universe, carving out a piece of art from this formless, anarchic background.

Gabriel Ananda has been an established institution in the electronic music scene for countless years now and produces from emotionally playful, to primetime Techno a wide range of styles, without ever forgetting the organic groove in it. In recent times he has attracted attention especially through his radio show and same named label "Soulful Techno" in the emotional, melodic segment. Through several releases on his more dancefloor oriented label "Basmati" and further collaborations, as well as remixes by and for various well-known artists, Gabriel can now look back on over 300 productions. In addition to that, he fascinates with his gripping and varied sets, which take people around the globe on an emotional ride. His musical universe oscillates between raw textures and ethereal layers, blending rave energy, deep breakbeats and soaring melodies. Supported by major figures such as @laurent-garnier (who playlisted "92" in his Deep Search #16) or @umwelt-music (who signed a remix on his single Transition), Novopol defines himself as an electronic alchemist.
