CNVX welcomes Joe Moses aka ‘Need For Mirrors’ to the label for a release of 4 tracks dripping in 90’s dnb goodness. The Cactus EP throws elements of old Virus and Photek into the mix but retains the NFM sound throughout.  
 
Coming off the back of his well received ‘Swims’ LP and the more recent Ram Records release, the CNVX EP showcases his production abilities as a producer on the cutting edge while using a sonic palette of yesteryear to devastating effect. 
 
The tracks having heavy support from DJ’s and producers across the board including  Bailey, Doc Scott, Storm, Total Science, Krust, Mark System and label boss Kid Drama. 
 
The track ‘Sumi’ was featured in one of Kid Dramas studio mixes with no track listing and had people guessing for a couple of years. Well the wait is over, Cactus EP drops on the 15th of April in all of your favourite outlets

Integration is a new venture with the purpose of finding, nurturing and releasing music/art from a new generation of artists and help incorporate some new names with the Cyberfunk™ brand.

We have been working with the people of ‘The Funk Forum’ to build a community, helping bring together new exciting talents, ideas and projects. Special thanks to Avanti for keeping the community inside our forum bubbling away and gathering the amazing music for this project.

This 8 track release showcases some of the freshest in global underground talents whom we have been keeping a close eye on.

With tracks from: Audiomission, Entita, Koax, Sam Harris, Simple technique, Stomp, Sublimit, Objective and Wings - Stylistically, this EP has a lot to offer.

From the rolling basses, crisp drums and jazzy pads of Entita’s ‘Paycheck’; a hard hitter with support from some of the scenes heaviest names, to Stomp’s halftime hit ‘Medusa’; which makes use of the extra space by filling the mix with deep subs, extensive sound design and luscious ethereal atmospheres, while keeping the signature punch, groove and weight you expect to hear from a Cyberfunk™ release.

We would also like to take a moment to mention Koax – ‘Iron Hand’ - a tenebrous journey; with dark and haunting undertones, raw electrical synths and moody basses.

Our boy Simple Technique is also back with another appearance on the label this time with: ‘Mean Regression’ - A progressive, organic and wobbly collection of sound design executed with precision and immense control. Contrary to his artist name, this music is far from simple…

Returning from 5 years producing techno as Vinicius Honorio, DIS145 sees a return to drum and bass for BTK with four tracks fused with influence from across the board.

A previous version of ‘The Means Justified The Ends’ was supported by Spirit and features a vocal taken from a conversation with a friend in a bar, whilst discussing the old school. With some recent attention to this unfinished track BTK went back to the lab, and gave it a brand new mixdown for this release.

‘The Sinners Are Winners’ had also had support from Ed Rush but was assumed lost following a hard drive failure. After rediscovering the project in a backup, we are now proud to include this monster in BTK’s return to the genre.

Encapsulating percussive raw elements with a b-boy/hip-hop flavour, BTK and Friske’s ‘Legit’ is a collaboration that took many years to complete.

Drum and bass heavily influenced BTK’s sound for techno alias, and the track ‘Stay With Me’ is a reflection of his experience with techno, carried through to his 174bpm productions.
