This is a song I started writing in September and produced several versions of.  This version was used in Grey's Anatomy on November 20th, 2014 in Season 11 episode 8.

This song echoes the heartache that stems from familial discord. It’s a testament to the profound connections we share with our kin, connections so deep that misunderstandings cut to the core, intensifying every emotion. 

The song is a reminder that the brevity of life renders long-standing quarrels insignificant. It’s an ode to patience and healing, to the power of silence in the face of conflict, and to the strength found in answering hurt with compassion when the time is right.
