I want to say a massive thank you the @wizards for the opportunity and allowing me to show everyone a bit of a different side of funky monkey that I’ve been wanting to do for some time now. 

I had so so much fun creating and playing this set, seeing everyone smiling and grooving along was a moment I won’t ever forget. This style of funk is what ignited my love for funky music and DJing so I really hope to show you more of what funky monkey has in store.

This set is a rerecording of Terratori's live opening set for K-Lab's audio-visual show at Howler, Melbourne.

Beginning with soft feminine vocals, sound healing, and spoken word, Tori invited the space to welcome in the curious energies awaiting the extravaganza event that was to unfold. Moving into bass music, featuring local and underground producers, this set was curated to open the dancefloor for some heavy-weight masculine energies. Welcome! Ye freaky Christmas creatures! Come gather all around as I spin a tale of weirdlings and wonders. The cosmic egg of creation twirls and spins above its holy mount in the land of elves. A summoning has begun. The elves slowly peak and emerge through the dimensional veil, congregating in their sacred kingdom of EsHoyethiesies, the domain where they converge each year this exact time of season to weave their ineffable enchantments upon the world of men. Their souls dancing, fathomless, untethered, boundlessly unified. Geometric mathematical vibrations click together seamlessly with the gears of time its self and the Egg opens... This however is all I could remember before the strands unraveled and I fell aimlessly grasping at their tethers as they passed back through the veil and escaped me..  Some times when the winds and waters flow just right and their vortices flirt with forces unknown, the whispers of the elves and the spells carried on them seep into telluric corporeality.
