schmusi is a dj and producer from cologne. His musical journey began during his time at a music-focused school, where he played the trombone and keyboard, immersing himself in sound from an early age. Schmusi's sound is characterized by a fusion of fast-paced, driving rhythms and melodic, emotive layers. His music often bridges the intensity of high-energy beats with harmonic, euphoric undertones, creating a captivating experience that keeps listeners both energized and entranced.

In 2023, Schmusi began djing alongside a group of friends, organizing the tunnelrave festival in Münster, Germany. This collaboration ultimately led to the official founding of bonobosociety in 2025.
