Feverball Radio Show 274 With Ladies On Mars + Pete Ellison

London-based DJ and producer Pete Ellison has been spinning music for 25 years and has a passion for funk and disco, blending sounds of the 70s with house beats, vocal samples and chunky basslines.

He broadcasts a weekly show on NDC Radio called the "Feel Good Friday Show", with a special guest each week from the Nu-Disco world. The show won the award of "Best Radio Show" at the OGV Music Awards in 2022. 

He's had releases on Super Spicy Records, Spincat Music, Discoholics Anonymous, Mango Sounds, Discography Lessons, Spa In Disco, Duchesse and Hot Digits. Two of his tracks have hit the Number 1 spot on Juno Download.  

He runs a London DJ collective called Serendipity who throw underground events and boat parties. He has played at dozens of London clubs,  and has played at Wilderness, Secret Garden Party, boat parties, woodland raves, Ibiza pool parties and even the dungeon of a French chateau. Long DJ sets are a speciality, with his longest ever DJ performance being an epic 12-hour set.

Pete is also part of The Disco Waltons, a group of International DJs and Disco Lovers who came together during lockdown through their love of music. They host a Sunday night show on NDC Radio, playing on rotation with special guests

As well as Funk, Soul and Disco, he plays Melodic Techno, House and Progressive House

Serendipity is a DJ collective of three friends with a passion for music, life and bringing people together. Each of us met by accidentally being in the right place at the right time, or through fortunate yet random social crossovers. This is the very definition of Serendipity ;-)

We don’t do genres. We’re not pigeon-holed into a particular sound. We just play good music. Each one of us has a distinct yet complimentary style, and our music can vary from funky, uplifting and melodic to dirty, deep and driving. Something for everyone, keeping it varied and interesting. 

Since our first party in 2015 we have been drawing in the heartiest and most heart-felt of crowds, all in the name of dancing, love and laughter. The irresistible energy created by our friends, lovers and wider family of lovely smiling folk is transformative. Our nights are about the people as much as the music, and every event brings new people into the fold who are welcomed with open arms. New friendships are forged and old friendships rekindled. All whilst dancing to an eclectic mix of wholesome, energetic and fulfilling dance music.

International Dj, producer and remixer Jonathan Douglas Braverman, known as Ladies On Mars, has been on a musical journey since the conception of 2006 of his successful Minimal Techno music project. The artist born in Buenos Aires has accumulated numerous achievements, although it was his 2007 hit "We Are Not Lesvicon", published on Xela Digital, which really impelled Ladies On Mars to be in the eye of the storm, reaching within the TOP 40 of Beatport's Minimal. Another of his great achievements was in 2009 when he won the Beatport contest for remixing the song "Peace" by the group Depeche Mode, his remix became the best-selling band in Beatport for several years.

Since then, the native of Argentina has continued to evolve, mutating its sound, perfecting from the Minimal Techno of its beginnings to the Tech-House, current Funky House. Remixing artists like Aka Aka and Home Video. Editing his music on labels such as Prison Entertainment, Emi Music or his own label: Boom Zwapp Records.

In addition to having an impressive subsequent catalog of solo and collaborative productions, Ladies On Mars has also offered remixes for numerous top-level musicians, including: AKA AKA, Daniele Petronelli, Min & Mal, Home Video, etc ...

Outside of the studio, Jonathan is a touring DJ who is in great demand and his daily agenda is fuller. Taking their Marsian sound and a unique mix of spatial sounds with a lot of groove mixed with Funk, House and Tech-House directly to the dance floor in some of the best clubs, festivals and events in the world in countries, including: Germany, Spain, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina.
