The 25th Fusion, Jubiläum!
I had the gig of my life again here 🙏
Thank u to everyone, who made this possible and for your trust to let me tell a story for three full hours!

To be transparente: I am still on site making my shifts, talking nonsense at our gala show on Saturday at FKK beach and getting lost in a good way on Sunday and Monday with my lovely friends. But we do have wlan here now so I can share my set already 🤯

Hej people,
this gig at Velvet Soup was wonderful, because of the wonderful crowd that came out this morning, but it also may have been one of the most chaotic gigs ever :D It started with my live computer failing on me, so I had to quickly copy the tracks of my set onto my USB so I could play the Set I prepared on CDJs. "Luckily" the stage had half an hour delay, because the power went out earlier due to the insanely heavy rain, so I had time to do so. With the Allen & Heath Mixer there, that doesn't have Reverb and doesnt send the Microphone Input to the DJ Monitors, it wasn't possible to add any live vocals. I wouldn't have much time to sing anyway, because I had to help set up the record players for the lovely Sutsches while playing. Didn't really matter though because the recording failed as well anyway. I rerecorded my set though (without the one time the CDJ got briefly unpowered), so I could still share all this new tunes with you guys <3 It includes some new collabs with @sydkasd , @ueberhaupt_ausserdem and @monolink and remixes for @temple-tears, @hannesbieger @guylalibertedj @soulofzoo and @kon-faber & Javid

GERDA. // Bucht der Träumer* 2025 // Unterholz // Sunday

Die Morgensonne spickt durchs Unterholz während die Discowölfin mit müden Augen zurück blinzelt. Sie und ihre Träume liegen in einem Netz, gespannt in ferne Länder, zwischen Kiefernduft und Bonsaieleganz. Mühevoll schält sie sich aus den Fäden der Nacht, schüttelt ab, was da bleiben darf und hebt den Blick Richtung anstehenden Tag. Der erste Schritt noch wage, der zweite kräftiger und entschieden, im Dritten schon ein wenig Verrücktheit. Der Vierte wird ihr Schlupfloch aus dem alten Ich, mit gespitzten Ohren vernimmt sie leise Rufe aus einer verborgenen Stadt und macht sich auf in ihre Richtung. Hoch oben die Sonne, die ihr unentwegt aufs verlebte Fell brennt. Mit gesteigertem Tempo flitzt sie über den Strandabschnitt. Eine Schweißperle kullert ihr die linke Schläfe herab und verdampft, noch bevor sie den staubigen Boden erreichen konnte. Sie genießt den Seeblick, die Spiegelung der Welt in seiner Oberfläche und das Flirren der unerträglichen Hitze darauf. Was sieht sie da am anderen Ende der Bucht? Bunt gschmückte Wesen, eng umschlungen, liebend, tanzend im tausendfachen Licht von kreisenden Discokugeln. Eine kühle Briese streift ihr plötzlich um die Ohren..oder? Mit jedem weiteren Blinzeln sinkt die Sonne hinab Richtung Horizont bis sie schließlich dahinter zur Ruhe kommt und das Ufer im Dunkeln schimmert. Die Lichter des geheimen Ortes springen nun noch wilder, Klänge von Leichtigkeit und Unbeschwertheit sausen übers Wasser; wie hypnotisiert setzt die Discowölfin erneut eine Pfote vor die Nächste und wandelt weiter. Eine Uhr erinnert an die Mitternacht, beschwört diese magische Zeit und jeder Schlag bringt sie Näher, jeder Ton lässt den unerreichbaren Ort heran rücken. Ihr Körper pulsiert, sie dreht sich, wirft Arme und Beine in die Luft, der Sekt fließt, so auch der Spaß und Berührungen, Wärme strömt durch sie hindurch und nichts als Liebe...sie blinzelt, alles still: das Ufer liegt zu ihren Pfoten, das Wasser ganz ruhig, doch die Erinnerungen bleiben laut.

“Judith van Waterkant was born in the beautiful baltic sea area and crashed into her parents small vinyl collection in a glas vitrine while dancing along with the record "Life is Life" at the tender age of 3. "Nananananaaa"!
Since then she’s not only gained a couple dangerous looking scars, which would be visible if she shaved her head, and gotten prepared to join in with the fights in the streets of Rostock, she’s also kept her deep passion of music with her, always on her mind. At the age of 14, she had a crush on her guitar teacher and has deeply loved music since that time, from every pore of her skin, which became even clearer to her later when she found herself in a massage circle where everybody was humming “Give Peace a Chance” in order to alleviate the difficulties and challenges of puberty. However, no one was supposed to find out about that. “If I die today, I’ll die happy” was her boozy attitude back then. It’s exactly this spirit that the Leipziger-by-choice tried to convey in her so-called Mindset-Sets, in a a slowrave-comfortzone on the dance-floors of the world or on the couch at home.”
