Everyone has those songs that go beyond just "taking them back". Sometimes you hear one of them and you're completely re-immersed in the memories, emotions, and timbre of your overall life at a specific part of your past, it serving as a memento so much more powerful than anything physical could.

I wrote this piece during a very specific time in my life, a time that was scary, wonderful, and that I'm extremely fond of and miss.

Not only that, but in writing it, I managed to make something that perfectly captured all of my feelings at that time into one package. A perfect snapshot of myself back then.

This song is more important to me than anything else I've made. I'm thrilled to finally be sharing it with the world, and I hope you enjoy it.
