Frikkie, aka Feel Good Inc. grew up in a music loving house with his parents playing old school rock like Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin for their large group of friends till the early morning hours and through that an insatiable appetite for music was born within him.
At the age of 15 he was blessed with his first guitar and since then has added drums and bass to the instruments he loves to play.
In 2014 after residing in Knysna for a couple of years he developed an interest into electronic music and fell in love with the love and happiness that is shared around the dance floor.
After being asked to perform as a DJ in front of a small crowd of people at BunkHause in Sedgefield he realized that his passion and collection of music can finally be shared with the masses and since then he has grown immensely as a multi genre DJ specializing in Psytrance, Afrohouse and Funk.
He has a way with an audience to get them completely involved in his sets and fill up the dance floor with energy, flow and massive drops that gets everyone off their bums, jumping in the air and chanting loudly.

There are numerous aspects to the force that is SwiTcHcaChe. Like a modern Shiva, his various arms are always engaged in creating some aspect of the psychedelic culture, shifting effortlessly between event organiser, record label owner, festival management, dad and D.J.
Most well recognised as his Dj persona SwiTcHcaChe, he has spent the last ten years rising from the underground and blazing an unstoppable path straight through the stratosphere....

Wearing a wild grin, he seizes the strange controls of the alien machine. In a blur of nimble fingers he tweaks at the illuminated dials, sending the audio ship tearing through the continuem like a sonic surfboard. Cruising through dimensions, switching between worlds, he dives deep into the universal databank unlocking the hidden cache, unleashing ferocious energy straight from the psychedelic core.

SwiTcHcaChe is also commander in chief at PsynOpticz Records, their aim: To Traverse the Multiverse in search of the most reality bending music for alien and earthling ears, and to take PsynOpticz to higher dimensions with every cycle, pushing the collective to singularity.

Lili Rose aka Flower Power found her passion for DJing at a young age , in the forest in Wilderness Heights, Garden Route, starting in 2016. She is also well known as “Forest Fairy" in the Psytrance scene and she is widely recognized as one of the top female DJs in the industry. 

 
She is a remarkable DJ who has captivated audiences with her eclectic sets and enchanting stage presence. Born with an innate love for psytrance music igniting a passion that has shaped her career in the industry.

 
From the outset, Her versatility is evident as she expertly navigates through the realms of psytrance. This diversity has earned her a well-deserved reputation as a DJ who can cater to a variety of audiences, ensuring that each set has a  unique and captivating experience. Flower Power plays psytrance ranging from 140-148BPM.

She has also made a significant impact in the psytrance scene, mesmerizing crowds with her ethereal and mystical soundscapes. Drawing inspiration from nature and the spiritual realms. She creates a truly immersive experience, transporting her listeners to otherworldly dimensions as well as creating psytrance gatherings through her brand Universal Frequencies.

Live act: Compos Mentis 

Passionate psychedelic trance Producer and DJ hailing out of Cape Town, South Africa. A lover for all things weird, freaky and psychedelic. 
My two projects focus on my two different tastes for psychedelic music. Profound focuses on the groovier side of the spectrum with a full-on twist. The DJ project was created in 2016 where I started performing across the psy-circuit in Cape Town. In 2018 I received my first big festival booking at the well renown Alien Safari, shortly after I started receiving bookings for multiple different festivals across different cities in South Africa. In 2020 the project was booked for the largest Psychedelic festival in Africa - Origin Festival by Nano Records. The Profound project ranges anywhere from 144-148 and is versatile to cover various time slots at a festival.

Lysandros is my Live Project where I focus on a dark, organic sound that aspires to take the listener out of their mental and provides space for them to get lost in the music. This project draws major inspiration from the record label Sangoma Records as they capture that organic, tribal sound throughout their label. I first fell deep into psychedelic music when I discovered the label and I often found myself on a dancefloor just craving the intense atmosphere the Sangoma sound creates. This project will range anywhere from 150-156 and will focus on a dark atmospheric approach with eerie atmospheres waving through the forest coupled by interesting conversation between the leads.

Louis grew up heavily influenced by various alternative rock and metal bands, classical pieces, motion picture soundtracks, indie & psychedelic rock, and dark ambient soundscapes until the discovery of psychedelic trance music at the age of 19. A few years later, in 2016, he decided to start his production journey. The influences of the project include darker artists performing in the local scene and all over the world, focused on but not limited to higher speeds than 148bpm.

Since then, amid connections with local and international producers, he has accumulated techniques and understanding, creating his own style with influences from subgenres such as Nighttime Full-On, Twilight, Forest, and Darkpsy, exploring cosmic soundscapes through which the listeners can have a unique, fun, and playful experience.

The sound of TerraHertz is constantly growing and evolving, expressing creativity through various tempos, exploring realms of the uncharted.

Ebb & Flow is the collaborative project of Matt Scrimgour (Parabolic Flow) & Tristen Henning (Voidwalker) hailing from Cape Town, South Africa. Having started our journey in February of 2017, we have since played at numerous indoor events & outdoor festivals alongside some of Cape Town’s finest psychedelic acts. 

We focus on bridging the gap between styles, always striving for a hard-edged approach to our mixing style. From Ambient/Down tempo (Our Wub & Dub alias) to Dark Progressive, Full-on, Forest & Dark-Psy, we leave no stone unturned in terms of the psychedelic music in our arsenal. We firmly believe that light and dark cannot exist without each other and we have made it our mission to find the balance between these concepts, both in our music and through our sets.

Since our signing to Woo-Dog Recordings in 2018 we have released our first compilation “Bark & Bite” as well as our first track “Grove Groove” and we are currently working away at our next compilation as well as future track releases.

Killer B is the psy trance project of Bennie Koorts from South Africa started in 2000. Killer B is known for his versatility behind the decks and the unique infectious sound he brings to the dance floor.  His mission is to bring you a truly intelligent underground sound with good music and good vibes.

His style is focused on tight beats, groovy rhythms, and twisted psychedelic sounds with profound bass for maximum dance floor vibrations. With the experience of over 2 decades in producing and DJ'ing, his quality of mixing and enthusiasm creates an energetic impression on the dance floor that is unforgettable, and uncompromising.

Killer B has played an integral part in the South African underground music scene since 2000, not only in showcasing the latest music during his DJ sets and live sets, but also by being a pioneering event organiser to help promote and expose upcoming artists and create a platform for them to share their music production
Killer B has been part of the Looney Moon crew since their first release 15 years ago with his track “Off My Nut” and followed by 2 E.Ps. titled “Psychological Experiment" and "BioCycles"

...with one foot in the studio and one foot on stage as a DJ and one eye on the mixer and the other eye on the dance floor, you are sure to enjoy the interesting journey.

ABRA \ KHONSU 

Abra is the Dj\Live act of Regardt van Zyl from Cape Town, South Africa.

He started producing electronic music at the age of 23 inspired by the more abstract sub genres of forest and dark prog. 

Abra is short for Abramelin and is a name derived from The Book of Abramelin which tells the story of an Egyptian mage named Abramelin who presumed to have lived from c.1362–c.1458. 

Khonsu is the Psytechno project of Abra.

He is also the Co-Founder of OMTECH (https://omtech.bandcamp.com/)  in cape town, a psytech label focused on underground techno sounds. 

He has released under record labels such as : Zenon Records, Psynopticz, Uroburos, Forestdelic and Our Minds Music. He has been performing at big festivals internationally and all over South Africa for almost 10 years now, such as PsyFi, MoDem SA, Origin, Organic Gaian Dream, Love Project, Crater Gathering, Vortex and many others.

He is also the Co founder of Our Minds Music ( www.ourmindsmusic.com ) and Our Minds Festival in Cape Town, South Africa.

With over 8 years of experience in the underground psychedelic trance scene, Absolute Threshold has established himself as a prominent DJ. Since his debut in 2016, he has performed at numerous iconic festivals, including Freaky Forest, Our Minds, SouthernTipsy, Alien Safari, Darker Dimensions and Modem SA, showcasing his unique blend of earthy, Forest-inspired textures and cutting-edge electronic elements.

Representing Our Minds and Mythical Experience Records, Absolute Threshold has played amongst notable artists such as Antonymous, Peak Pilots, Phadoof, Natural Disaster, Organoise, Paralocks, Zzbing, Tersius, The Horrids, Shredder, Radikal Moods and Filterheads to name a few.
