I played this track out on tour as 'unreleased' & ppl seemed to enjoy dancing to it so for your streaming/downloading pleasure, D'vocean. It's not a typical direction for me as it's more of a 'happy song' but I constantly encourage ppl to take their production out of their comfort zone so I must practice what I preach. The intention of this release was a test of my own creative vitality, I wanted to publish something close to my heart, but without over thinking it. I set out to write an EP in which all the tracks would be individually written and produced entirely in one sitting. The tracks included fall into that category; If i did not sit down, write, record & master the track in one session it didn't make the cut. Naturally all the songs are very minimal and unique. This album is unlike anything I have ever released as EASTGHOST but I have faith that the true appreciators of my art will find it quite enjoyable. Bless & and let 2016 be great for you. In steps, Par Avion into the fabled FH Unsigned series. A safe haven of sonic warmth; for one to enter, listen to a fucking belter, then placidly leave. 'Not Everyone Loves' ensures the feng shui of the series remains in tact, delivering, yes another 'belter' - although, a belter flaunting esteem and class - attributes one can only assume the mysterious Par himself exudes. 

This cut is one that further reminds you that 'putting things in boxes' has no place in 2018 and beyond. Things are no longer as binary as 'yes' or 'no' - if something has two legs, does it mean it's a pair of jeans? If an amusement park on the shore is empty, does it mean it's haunted? If a track flaunts crunchy percussion and a shed load of saturation, does it mean it's Lofi? Babble aside, Par Avion delivers a track of real quality, demonstrating clear production prowess. Consume, share and enjoy.
