HACH (DE), the up-and-coming DJ and producer from Stuttgart, presents his first full release on our label. Having already featured on our last compilation with a promising track, he now delivers three powerful peak-time tracks that demonstrate his unique sound aesthetic. "Echoes of the Future" opens the album with a profound and progressive reinterpretation of a well-known sample. HACH adds his own personal touch to the sound and creates a captivating atmosphere. With "Rave Pulse", HACH increases the tempo and delivers a rousing peak-time track that perfectly combines emotionality and driving beats. The final track is "Hyperdrive", which picks up on the vibe of "Echoes of the Future" and develops it further. This track skillfully rounds off the single and completes HACHs impressive debut on our label. This release marks a promising milestone in HACHs career and gives hope for more exciting productions to come.

Mind Chemistry is the new duo project of Ekko and Hans Pech and stands for a unique sound that combines different techno subgenres and influences to create something completely new. The DJ / producer duo stands for a unique sound that combines the best of both artists' sound worlds.

The two have been DJing in clubs since 2017 and were introduced to each other in 2020 at Gleis 44, where they are still resident DJs today. It was in 2021 when the two of them first played a set together and immediately noticed the synergy of their sound.

In 2022, they founded the underground label LAPS Recordings together with two other DJs and soon after, they released their first EP together. After a lot of positive feedback and successful gigs all over Germany, the two finally decided to officially start a duo.

With a broad spectrum from Melodic Techno to Peak-Time to Hardtechno and Trance, they stand out in every genre and send their listeners on an emotional rollercoaster ride. The sound can best be described as melodic, driving and emotional and is characterized by both being incredibly diverse while still harmonizing perfectly with each other.

Recently, I haven’t had many chances to dive into Melodic Techno, and some of you only know me as a Hardtechno DJ. But here's the truth: I started in Melodic Techno, and that’s where I first discovered my own sound.

Pulse is my way of sharing the deeper, emotional side of my connection to music. With each release, I'll explore a new part of my sound, starting with this Melodic Techno set. Let’s go back to where it all began.

Techno is colourful.

We are LAPS Recordings, a young, growing Techno Label from Germany! The name "LAPS" is an acronym containing the initials of our 4 founding members. At the same time it highlights the concept of time, which is a topic all our productions will revolve around! 

Coming from very different musical backgrounds, the core substance of our label sound revolves around dark, energetic and emotional melodies, forceful kickdrums and driving basslines. Those main topics reappear in all of our productions, but so do the individual tastes of all founding members.
