Was the toast to the British Empire delivered by President Trump in London a disgusting sign of submission?  In praising the British Empire as being responsible for the "highest achievements of mankind," has he forgotten that the American Revolution was fought against that Empire?  Has he forgotten the leading role played by the British in roping the U.S. into the destructive wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya, and the role played by British intelligence in fabricating the long-running anti-Trump story called Russiagate?  The speechwriters who drafted the toasts should be fired, and the American people must take on the fabrications being used to support the devastating wars underway now, with more to come.
