Recorded live and unedited on Saturday 6 June 2015. This is the first part in a series of hour long mixes over the Southern Hemispherical Wintertime to warm you up with some beautiful sounds - and each one will up the tempo to help you thaw for Spring! For the Northern Hemisphere folks, you can use it to maintain your temperature.

I do a little bit of mood hopping here, starting off with some classic retrowave, moving into some 80's influenced funkiness, followed by some moody darker tunes before turning up the heat with some italo and finishing off with some nu-disco. It's pretty consistent with my style of warm-up sets at Laser Highway, minor imperfections included, and I wanted to play some jams I haven't got around to yet. 1. No planning except for the first track.

3. Gradually shift the key throughout the mix to incorporate different styles and moods.

Note: While recording I thought there was some distortion on the kick drums on Sellorekt/LA Dreams' Limousines and Stilettos, but listening back they appeared to be gone. YMMV.
