Breath-taking from the get go, the lead track West Coast Style truly packs a punch with its hypnotic, raw, dynamic bassline leading the energy of the track with the accompanying enforcing vocal samples letting you now know that this is what ‘west coast style’ really is, whilst the elemental and spacious synth melodies and stabs that surrounds the bassline emits a spellbinding vibrancy that leaves you with further intrigue and mystery.

DJOKO captures this intrigue and mystery that lingers in the original version and reimagines it into this beautiful, heavenly, minimal yet deeply intense remix that gives you this rhapsodic euphoria like you are floating in place whilst joyously raving to its soothing yet melodic structure and depth.

Carrying on this primal, commanding sound from Klein, he concludes the release with another compelling original production entitled 808. Featuring a few TR-808 drum samples with the production, its infectious and captivating groove go hand-in-hand with the bumping and swinging bassline and creamy synth stabs that flow ever so perfectly in tandem.

Loco Dice starts a new mini-chapter in the history of his Desolat label with 11 track compilation album Serán Bendecidos.
Literally translated as ‘will be blessed’, Serán Bendecidos, “brings a message of unity and freedom” and gathers artists that include Dice’s companions from the past and the present, international guests as well as new and exciting talents. Serán Bendecidos is founded on a desire to connect the Dice’s worldwide musical family, and will include events around the world, lunching with a US tour which kicks off in Detroit on the day of release.
It is the boss himself who kicks things off with the brilliant ‘2Thousand3’, a tribal house cut with bristling drums and rolling percussive energy. Spanish hit maker Cuartero then offers ‘Attention’, a deep space electronic house track with swirling, nebulous pads and slick drum work, and after a storming Desolat debut earlier this year, UK artist wAFF returns with ‘Dripping’, a big, raw and barreling cut with digital sound design and freaky vocal stabs.
Andrea Oliva turbocharges things with his giant kick drums and pinging cowbells on ‘Bases,’ and Francisco Allendes’s ‘A Game of You’ is a ducking and diving house number with well swung kicks and subtle synths. Long time label associate Yaga lands a rolling and direct jam
called ‘Evolver’. The pressing toms and the rolling low-end bassline push the track to the heat while the syncopated hi-hat adds even more tension.
Dutchman William Djoko, who featured on the last Loco Dice album, offers ‘Tell Me How You Like It,’ which in his words is “an open invitation to have a fun and freaky night with no strings attached”, all embodied in a punchy, stripped back house track. Next is Belgian artist Mandana,
a debutant who makes a big splash with a track that stems from a live jam. ‘Conflict’ is rhythmically inventive and effective dub house that insists you move.
After that is Puerto Rico’s Caleb Calloway with ‘Rollin Pin,’ which he “wanted to be played at the peak of the party”. It features his own Spanish vocal and rolling acid basslines, big dirty kicks and strident 303 drums. Cuky’s ‘Born Dancing’ brings more blasted bass and sleazy feelings all wrapped up in a perfect package. Finally, we have Guti, another producer who has long been associated with the label and here rounds things out with ‘Amanda 101’, a track that will blow up the floor with its urgent hi hats, muffled party vocals and rugged bass.
This is an essential collection of house and techno from some of the day’s finest talents

We Are The Brave stormed onto the scene in 2016, and has since released some truly epic dancefloor bangers from both the established and fresh faced talents the industry has to offer. Alan featuring some of his biggest tracks on the label, as well as inviting Reset Robot, Gary Beck, Skream, Darius Syrossian, and Sasha to be a part of their ever-growing family. 2019 is set to be the biggest year yet, with Alan Fitzpatrick’s Day just around the corner and more planned label showcases than ever before.

‘Poison’ was a vocal smash hit last year from Croydons finest – Skream. He’s teamed up with a UK duo who are already regulars on his imprint, as well as Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains – Melody’s Enemy.

‘This Is It’ the lead track, has a story. On a flight to play a festival in Germany, the guys decided on a concept to record Ollie, get a recording that showed a slice of who he really is, what he's all about. “We did wonder if he'd go for it actually, and we sprung it on him unawares on the day he came to our studio - but true to form, he was up for it in an instant!” adds Melody’s Enemy.

A full-on futuristic acid hook, with a driving energetic bassline sitting alongside Ollie’s spoken words which weave in and out between the synth and groove. This is MEGA!

Given the title, ‘5am’ is a bit more of a straight up banger, with its low end kicks and tight punctuation, pads glide through the track along the main rave inspired synth. “Ollie sent us a hook and parts from something he'd been working on. And we went to town on it. The motive here was maximum dance damage’.
