A track that evolved from a late night jam with Martin Grafton (AKA "Arrantrax", and the other half of our "Discoteca 101" collaboration project). 
We had just finished a Discoteca 101 track, and started messing around with some sounds, Martin on his Korg Minilogue, and myself jamming with a Roland SH01A. 
Martin improvised a sequence following some notes I was playing and we just built up some more layers to build it something more structured.
Since it didn't fit the Discoteca 101 style we decided to put it out here.

Bio:
Kraut Sounds lives in the South of Germany. Originally started in spring 2012 as a dub techno project, evolving since then into an experimental electronic outfit with deep ambient roots and a certain kraut electronic vein.

Kraut Sounds released numerous EPs, albums and live sessions for several dub techno, ambient/drone netlabels: Büro für Erdrotation, Terra Rossa, Spiel:feld Records, Diametral, Dimbideep Music, Drone Works International (all Germany), Adept Label (Spain) and Dub Techno Blog (UK). Podcasts of Kraut Sounds can be heard at Deep Electronics, Echogarden, Hello Strange, Spiel:feld, Moshitaka and Technopoetry.

Laurent Colson is a French composer, producer, and remixer known for his intricately programmed synthesized vocals and immersive electronic soundscapes. Blending Witch House, Synthwave, Darkwave, Chillwave, and Downtempo, his music weaves hypnotic rhythms, atmospheric textures, and deep emotional storytelling, creating a unique sonic universe that feels both futuristic and nostalgic.

Laurent began his musical journey in the 1990s under the name Lost Memories, releasing his debut album "The Edge of Eternity" in 1999 on an independent Belgian label. This album established his signature style, merging electro and pop influences with a strong emphasis on atmosphere. During this time, he also worked on several remixes for other artists, refining his sound and production techniques.

Over the years, Laurent’s music has evolved into a deeply evocative form of electronic expression. Each of his compositions unfolds like a self-contained world, where storytelling and emotion take center stage. A defining characteristic of his work is his mastery of vocal synthesis, crafting entirely digital voices that add an ethereal and otherworldly dimension to his music.

His collaborations with renowned artists have further solidified his place in the electronic music scene. He has remixed "Tricky Tricky" and "Oh, Lover" by Röyksopp, "Mercy" by Alice Offley, "Nude" by Radiohead, "Amazonia" by Deep Forest, and "My Emily" by Anneli Drecker (Bel Canto, Röyksopp), among others.

In recent years, Laurent’s productions have taken on an even more immersive and introspective approach, combining haunting melodies, intricate arrangements, and cutting-edge production techniques. His unique fusion of technological innovation and raw emotion gives his music a distinctive identity where synthetic voices, deep atmospheres, and hypnotic beats merge to create a sound that is both timeless and forward-thinking.
