A globally respected and highly accomplished artist, label boss at the seminal Hot Creations, founder and curator of the worldwide Paradise event series and member of cross-genre band Hot Natured, Jamie Jones has achieved iconic status in the electronic music world. A trendsetter and seasoned tastemaker, the Welsh dance music superstar pioneered his own distinct sound, drawing on his deep knowledge and experience to cultivate DJ sets that weave through a range of diverse, complementary styles selected to energise and enchant the dance floor.

Born in Brittany (France), AG799 grew up in musical univers. His first approach to music was as a drummer and didjeridoo player. In the early 2000's, as he still was a kid, AG799 drifted towards techno music. Passionate about this music since then, he started organizing free parties in his area.

Today AG799 is a Improvised Live performer with analogue & modular synthesizers oriented towards Underground Acid Techno.
After years cruising around the world (Cannaries Islands, Mexico, United States, Australia, New Caledonia, Scotland, Africa, Germany…), AG799 is now living in France.

The Biologists Full Crew brings together all the artists gravitating around the group The Biologists. The group is composed of Digital Syndrom, Ol'Dirty Bambam and Sista Lighta and offers modern electro dub compositions tailored for live that you can listen on The Biologists Official page. Biography:
Being a refuge from the Ivory Coast, he traveled to Germany in ’92 where he made Hamburg, a city in the northern parts of the country, his new residence. His biggest dream was to become a professional soccer player and he even made it to the professional level in Germany, but after a serious knee injury he was forced to stop playing soccer. 

It was in Hamburg where he first got in touch with the aesthetic vibe of house & techno music that was played at the local clubs, after which he was immediately sold: these nightly experiences resulted in a surprising change in his future career. In 1999 he moved to Lubeck, where he during the day would work long hours as a carpenter and developed and refined his musical skills at night. After years of taking double shifts and setting aside every hard earned penny, he finally had enough money to build his own studio. Mr. Raoul K., a true perfectionist, was ready to share his productions with the world.

His exotic productions from the Ivory Coast ensured that his current home base and other cities in Germany welcomed him with open arms. His productions are characterized by a combination of traditional African instruments, ranging from the Cora to the Balafon, with the industrial sound he found in the clubs.  

Part from being a talented producer, Raoul also is an exceptional DJ. Being a vinyl lover, he regularly still spends days in the local records stores, looking for that one 12” that can make the difference during his sets. He accommodates his own music at the Baobab Music label (founded in 2007), his own brainchild. The label is named after the ancient African tree, which according to the myth is being inhabited by the wisest of monkeys. Through his label, gems like “Le Cercle Peul” were released, which received critical acclaim from prominent critics and respected producers like Jerome Sydenham, Josh Deep and Henrik Schwarz. In 2009 he set up the Baobab Secret label in order to put out tracks that do not fit the output schedule of Baobab Music. All of his hard work is paying off and earned him gigs at the world famous Panoramabar (Berlin), Rex Club (Paris) and a set in the legendary Boilerroom. Nowadays Raoul created a firm, still growing fan base all around the world, from Germany to Japan.

Since the dawn of recorded sound, music can be seen as a giant tapestry to which all musicians lend their creative influence. One band focused on the explosive evolution of this musical ecosystem is Groundation. Rooted in the reggae one-drop sound of Jamaica, Groundation seamlessly incorporates the harmonic, polyrhythmic, and improvisational elements of jazz, breathing new life into both genres. As one critic described it, Groundation begins at the crossroads where Burning Spear meets John Coltrane.
Groundation's unique reggae fusion can be heard from villages in Thailand, to the favelas of Brazil, from the mountains of New Zealand, to Moroccan cafes and college dorm rooms in the United States. Since 1998 they've performed in more than thirty countries on six continents, sharing the stage with such diverse artists as Jimmy Cliff, Sly and the Family Stone, The Roots, Kanye West, and Sonic Youth. 
Jazz music at Northern California's Sonoma State University brought together the original members of Groundation: keyboardist Marcus Urani, bassist Ryan Newman, and Harrison Stafford, guitarist and reggae singer, around whom the original sound formed. Stafford, then both a teacher of reggae history and a student of jazz, wrote songs from seeds sown in the ground of California, where antiwar, civil rights, and ecology have always thrived. Seven evolutionary recordings saw the arrival of singers Kim Pommell and Sherida Sharpe from Kingston, Jamaica, as well as American jazz musicians Dave Chachere (trumpet), Te Kanawa Haereiti (drums), and Daniel Whitegold (trombone).
Continuing the band's long history of collaboration with Jamaican roots reggae legends like Don Carlos, IJahman Levi and The Congos, Groundation's 8th full-length studio album, to be released in October 2014, evokes the lasting and eternal influence of Bob Marley, "A Miracle" will features Marcia Griffiths and Judy Mowatt, founding members of Marley's legendary backing vocal trio the I-Threes. The picture is completed by the pen of Neville Garrick, Marley's art director from the time of the "Rastaman Vibration" album (1976). Following this long-awaited release, Groundation will be hitting the road as always with tours throughout Europe, South America, Oceania, the Caribbean, and North America.
