Mr.C started MCing in London clubs aged 16 working with LWR radio's Ron Tom, Jasper the Vinyl Junkie & Jazzy M. Mr.C then hooked up with Colin Faver & Evil Eddie Richards to became resident rapper at the legendary Camden Palace in London. Mr.C went into the studio to record his 1st house track with Eddie Richards as Myster-E which was released in August 1987. This inspired Mr.C to become a DJ so in September 87 he took to the decks. 
Mr.C has since organised, promoted & been resident DJ at: Fantasy ('88), Base (Dungeons '89), Release (91), Harmony (92), Drop (93), Cyclone (94), Vapourspace (94 & 95), Flavour (The End 95 & 96), Subterrain (The End 95 - 2002), Superfreq (Worldwide 2002 - Present), Super Disco Freq (LA 2010 - present), Next Step Forward Festival (Sept 2018). 
Mr.C was resident DJ every weekend (Friday & Saturday nights) at the legendary RIP parties at Clink Street in London throughout 1988.
Mr.C hosted weekly radio show Future Music on Kiss 100FM in London from 1993-2002 & has presented TV shows for MTV, FH1, VIVA & BBC. To say that Mr.C is one of the most iconic DJs in the world would be an understatement.
In December 1995 Mr.C opened the legendary nightclub The End in London & then AKA bar 3 years later & was lauded as one of the best night clubs in the world. The End & AKA closed its doors for good on January 24th 2009. 1 Chapter closes & another begins. Since the closure of The End Mr.C has been running his Superfreq events globally & is just about to host his brand new London festival, Next Step Forward Festival. 
Mr.C runs & promotes Superfreq events, which celebrated being 16 years old in March 2018 & ran monthly at Mr.C's club The End until it closed down in January 2009. Superfreq functions bi-monthly in London & does regular events in Los Angeles as well as bi-monthly events in Calais France & one off events the world over.
Mr.C is founder & owner of Plink Plonk records, co-founder of End Recordings & founder & co-owner of the Superfreq label, which is now releasing music prolifically.
Mr.C has recorded under the names, Myster-E, Unity 2, Nu Jacks, Bass Bureau, The Shamen, Mantrac, Somnambulist, Animus Amour, Killer Loop, Mr.C & Tom Parris, Mr.C & 16B, Sycophant Slags, Indigo Kidz & East LA Tek.
Mr.C is best known as front man, songwriter & producer of the pop group The Shamen with whom he notched up a string of top 10 hits including Move Any Mountain, Love Sex Intelligence, Boss Drum, Phorever People & the UK number 1 smash hit Ebeneezer Goode. These hits were hits the world over. The Shamen album Boss Drum went double platinum in the UK & they also won a highly coveted Ivor Novelo for Songwriters of the year UK in 1993. Richard's currently recording solo as Mr.C & is also doing collaborations as the Indigo Kidz with Affie Yusuf & with Noel Jackson as East LA Tek.
His latest album was released last year called Incidents, which is arguably his best work to date along with singles Stand Up, Shape Your Dreams & Ripple Effect all being taken from the album.

Liam Doherty (aka Ledoc) is a House and Techno DJ from the outskirts of Belfast in Northern Ireland. Ledocs’ main sounds are House and Techno, but his sets can include anything diverse and unexpected, from the hard sound of Dave Clarke to the chugging guitars of  Metallica, as he tries to push boundries and suprise onlookers with his music selection.

 As the son of a professional pianist and music tutor, he was surrounded by music from an early age. Following in his fathers footsteps he became a classically trained pianist, but being an 80s child he developed a love of 80s electro with artists like new order and gary numan catching his attention.

His love of electronic music progressed to house in the early 90s and after alot of saving he got his first set of decks when he was 13. At the time, everyone around him was playing hardcore, but playing house music led him to many warm-up gigs dotted around the country.

Liam moved to Belfast in 2000 and attended the main techno night in Belfast called Shine, and it was here where he found the dance music that truly did it for him – Tech House and Techno. Being fed a weekly diet of Darren Emerson, Dave Clarke, DJ Sneak, David Holmes, Luke Slater and Slam it was easy to get sucked into the whole underground dance music scene.

A complete refresh of his record collection was required replacing record labels such as Defected with Soma and Manifesto with Drumcode.

Liam progressed into producing in the early 00s and stuck true to his roots by producing synth driven house and techno with that electro tinge he loved in the 80s.

His first release came on Ade Fentons’ Advanced Records which was a remix of Northern Ireland Techno duo Celtec Twinz. His remix of For Love Nor Money (ADV036) featured alongside remixes from WJ Henze, BKR and Rob Gibson and the label had this to say about the remix “arguably the pick of the remix bunch come from fellow Irish mate LeDoc with a beautiful string obsessed stunner, perfect for that Ibiza peaking sunset moment.”

Recently LeDoc has played slots at Bodyshock at the Arts College in Belfast playing alongside CJ Bolland and DJ Misjah as well as guest slots at Movement in Morrisons and Love and Death Inc and NuNoise in the Spring and Airbrake.

With some exciting productions in the pipeline as well as some special bookings coming, 2011 has been a good year for LeDoc.

In 2016, Heidi has announced the relaunch of her Jackathon Jams label. After a short hiatus, the first release is a 3-track collaborative EP from DJ T. Vs Emanuel Satie featuring two new productions ‘Break Loose’ and ‘Feeling You’ featuring Joe le Groove, and a remix of ‘Break Loose’ by Kill Frenzy. The EP will be released on 1 April and will be the first Jackathon Jams release distributed via a new deal with !K7. Further releases will be revealed in the spring.

Heidi has worked hard over the past decade to make her mark on the new house and techno music generation. You only have to visit her worldwide brand of Jackathon parties and or listen to her BBC Radio 1 show to experience her passion for music and fiery nature. 

“It’s the way you bring it. If I stood there staring into a laptop and not looking at the crowd once, I could play all the hits and it would sound like shit because I wasn’t interested in it,” Heidi explained to the Independent newspaper in 2011, “I came from the dancefloor, I love dancing, it’s disappointing when you leave without a strong memory from the night, I want to finish it with an explosion.”
 
Her Jackathon parties were inspired by her youthful endeavors into house and techno music. Heidi heard its calls across the water growing up in Windsor, Ontario Canada, just across the border from Detroit. Relocating to London in 2000, she picked up her craft and deep expertise behind the counter first at Koobla Records, and in 2003 Heidi was part of the team that opened up London’s foremost record shop, Phonica.

“I started in 2004, then it kicked off during the summer of 2006. That’s when Get Physical were at their peak and the M.A.N.D.Y guys and DJ.T took me under their wing.“ After a brief stint in Berlin, Heidi was invited in 2008 to do her own BBC Radio ‘In New DJs We Trust’ show on a six month contract. She remains there to this day, now hosting her own ‘Radio 1's Residency’ on Thursday nights. 

“I’m very persistant. When I heard ‘In New DJs We Trust’ was finishing I made a conscious decision to move back to London because I was like “I need to be involved, I need to be as in-their-face as possible and say ‘Look I’m here and I’m dedicated, I want do something’”

In 2009 she started the Jackathon events at various nightspots across the globe. Both platforms allow her to invite her peers and compadres such as Richie Hawtin, Soul Clap, Solomun, Maceo Plex, Nicolas Jaar and Derrick Carter to share stories and special musical moments with her. In 2011 a compilation album of the same name was released on her original home label, Get Physical, and a sublabel called Heidi presents Jackathon Jams was born from its success. The first EP features an all female cast including Maya Jane Coles, Miss Kitten and Tini, but the Jackathon is about energy and unleashing some of that magic created on the dancefloor.

Heidi spends her life immersed in music. She lives and breathes the touring lifestyle, whether its 25,000 person crowds in Latin America or festivals such as Exit ,Global Gathering, Detroit's Movement fest and the infamous cave of fabric in London or Japan’s Womb or holding her own at Jackathon residency strongholds in Ibiza, London, Berlin’s Watergate and Manchester she fits within any destination around the world. Never afraid to fight for what she wants, for Heidi it’s not about right place, right time. She has won through sheer determination and sharing the magic with those she loves at every step. 


“I made the leap of faith into choosing this as a career and putting every last ounce of energy I have into it. I could have flopped on my face but I stuck it out and proved myself to my peers. Every achievement was because I gave 110% of myself, treated everyone with genuine kindness, and sacrificed things in my life that people take for granted.”
