'Recorded, late into the Night, January 2003. A live, one hit mix via Suade's Studio in Sandyford, Newcastle upon Tyne. A personal soundtrack to a difficult time in my life. SOundScape is a project started off as a mixtape series of an eclectic selection of sounds curated by System Of Survival. Encompassing a wide musical spectrum has born with the intention of displaying influences, sounds and rhythms often left out a dancefloor orientated set.
SOundScape soon has found its place also as a unique monthly party hosted at Barcelona’s renowned Macarena Club (last Thursday of every month) where System Of Survival invite famous DJs /Producers from all over the world to play. SOundScape will be now also a show broadcasted by the popular IBIZA SONICA RADIO every Friday. The spirit is obviously the same: guests have the liberating opportunity to play WHATEVER inspires them. Listening to these unrestricted sets by notable DJs will be one more time an experience not to be missed.
