Between August 1994 and December 1998, Kevin McCasky served as a staff assistant to Congressman Joel Hefley. His duties in this role included acting as a liaison for the Congressman with interest groups and constituents, performing research on important issues, and providing information to the Congressman on district and legislative issues. On some occasions, he would also assist in public relations activities.
