Born in Toronto with Iranian roots, ARJ is an emerging DJ and producer blending progressive and organic house with subtle Middle Eastern textures. Growing up surrounded by house and electronic music, ARJ’s musical foundation was shaped by both traditional Persian sounds and the pulse of global electronic music. Now making waves in Toronto’s underground scene, he continues to refine his artistry through local sets and studio releases that resonate with a growing, passionate audience. Having lived in the United Kingdom for over a decade, he has now returned to his roots and moved back to Budapest, to find further inspiration in his home country.

" I prefer not to define my taste of music. I love to play a variety of styles from Ambient, Chill Out ,Electronica,Deep House to Organic House through Progressive House. When assorting music for a mix, the key points I look for are emotions and meaningful melodies. These are important aspects that I also apply in my productions. I love to express my emotions through music and sounds, as these are much better story-tellers than words."
