I am a BA (Hons) Undergraduate in Sports Journalism (something which will change in July 2012 unless a calamity ensues before then), and I harbour aspirations of working as a producer or broadcast assistant in the radio industry.

As people have said that my work isn't too bad from time to time (you're all far too kind), you can hear it now yourselves!

The Graduates are a folk/acoustic duo based in Sunderland and the North East.  The 2 members consist of James Berry and Laurence Haugh; 2 musicians who regularly circuit the North East buskers nights.  They formed through a shared interest in such artists as Simon and Garfunkel, The Beatles and Bob Dylan.  After consistently playing seperate sets on stage, they decided to play sets together as one act, adding harmonies, keyboard and bass guitar to their songs.

The Graduates Current Album "End Of The Line" is now finished and has10 of our own songs on it, so if you would like a copy, please post us an email on either www.myspace.com/graduateslive or graduates@live.co.uk and we will give you a copy or a download free of charge.
