It’s time for end-of-the-year presents. Yours is a bag of 100 electronic music gems taken from my 2022 playlists 🎼 

The “If 2022 Was 100 Tracks” playlist encompasses a wide selection of dance tunes that I have played in the past year. Some songs have made people explode on the dancefloor, and others have made people leave, but I am certain this is a playlist many audiophiles would love to have in their collection. 💿

The back story is…

My musical journey as a DJ in the past year was definitely weird. I explored some new genres like Breaks, Left-field House, Bass House, and Garage that were intriguing to go into. I also rediscovered the classic House sound but always tried to maintain the distinctive snappy Krivano touch. 

For many gigs, I had to go out of my comfort zone by playing tunes that I wouldn’t regularly choose. I performed at locations and situations that were entirely different from each other (yin and yang). From dark clubs and illegal raves to crowded bars and cozy radio shows. This made my performances more challenging as my selection was all over the place, and I played with completely new tracks for 90% of my gigs. 

I am still adapting to the local crowd, but I am sure there is an element of trying to find myself in the music. The important thing is that I loved every single one of my gigs, and I am thankful to the lovers who came to dance. 🙏

In this playlist, you can find a small fraction of what I was talking about because many songs are not available on Soundcloud or Spotify. I guess you can say that I am underground… 😅 

The order of the tracks is completely random (first-comes-first-serves), and they mainly cover the Minimal, Break Beat, Tech House, and Deep Tech prism. There are tracks from Enzo Leep, Kirik, Popiq, Constratti, Kolter, James Bott, Wheats, Unknown Artist, Mtps, and many other talented producers.
