Katnada is a DJ, producer, and singer, currently based in North Italy. 
Her productions and DJ sets are characterized by high-energy percussive rhythms, acid grooves, and dreamy melodies. Her first encounter with music creation dates back to the age of 16 when she started composing piano pieces. Fascinated by the history and philosophy behind techno music, she began to deepen her knowledge and refine her productions inspired by the genre. At the same time she starts to perform in important events between Milan, Varese (her hometown), and the north of Italy, becoming part of the This is Not family, a reference point of the Italian underground electronic scene, where she becomes resident DJ and releases her first EP "Awakening" on the homonymous label.

Another tuesday, another quality guest mix by none other than austrian DJ & producer Sutter Cane for you! Based in Vienna, Adrian is the founder and A&R of internationally respected label Driving Forces Recordings. His driving sets earned him a reputation as an untiring, skillful and emotional DJ throughout all his performances at locations like Tresor in Berlin, Lehmann Club Stuttgart  or festivals like Mayday, Ruhr In Love or Gazometer. Releases on Impact Mechanics, Nachtstrom Schallplatten and Phobiq as well as uncounted remixes for the likes of Sasha Carassi, Pfirter and Nierreich further cement his renown as a producer of quality techno tunes. Upcoming releases include an EP for Unknown Territories with a remix by none other than Black Asteroid. His ongoing motivation and mantra throughout: Techno at it's best!

This particular set is a recording from Saturday 06.09.2014 where Sutter Cane performed alongside Marco Bailey at FLEX Vienna.

We are excited to welcome another of our neighbors to the AoM podcast, and this time it's one of the most influential and active Slovak techno DJs, HASKY! He is the founder of TECHNO GANG and the owner of the oldest underground club in Bratislava, Radost Music Club. In addition to DJing, Hasky is also involved in music production, and he strongly supports the local scene in Slovakia. You may also recognize him from Czech clubs and festivals, where he frequently performs across the entire country. His distinctive style, mainly characterized by hypnotic and raw techno, will always get you dancing and energized.

It was another great gig for Below Surface and Florian Bo who recently teamed up for their new duo called Absorbed. After a first run in Shanghai in november, the gig in Tresor marked their second appearance in public and they feel truely honored about the invitation to perform as the headliner of this saturday pre-christmas night in the basement. 
Their first release "Introduction EP" takes place on Advanced from Berlin on 29/12/2014.
