Throughout HardSpeed's narrative, there is a group of recurring midbosses who think they are the main villains. I decided to give them their own theme for when they're doing a monologue at you while you're just trying to go about your day.

Ridley's theme, here, took me a while to get right. I'm pretty happy with the results, though. A day of listening to Asia got me in the right place creatively.

Star Punk

This song languished on my hard drive for the last 2-3 albums. It took me until this one to figure out what I wanted to do with it. It's pretty different from the rest of the HardSpeed stuff, but I have a rule for myself with Hardspeed; "Don't be boring." That entails using all this retro-style equipment to not just do one genre (say, Synthwave,) but to do anything I can think of. So, here's a shmup-style song.

Round 3 entry of S3XMODIT Mania 3. Probably the one I'm most proud of :) Lil' bit of editing was done to this one. The drums still sound like a trash can being thrown down some stairs but ah well.

As some of you know, my first book (Symphony of Shifting Tides,) and its accompanying soundtrack have released! I'm currently working on the second book and its soundtrack. This is a take on Verse's theme from the second book. Verse has a lot to grapple with here. Any and all questions about her past are answered within the second book, but the answers hurt. There's a reason there's a monster living inside her -- or rather, she's living on the outside of a monster.
