Sky Blue (1940) by Wassily Kandinsky was painted towards the end of Kandinsky's career. It appears as blue patch of what resembles sky, bordered by a slightly lighter blue tone representing clouds. a world that feels like a dream. The sky is a wide, open space filled with floating shapes and playful creatures. They drift peacefully, as if weightless, moving through the blue like thoughts floating in the mind.

Each figure is unique—some stretch out as if flying, while others curl up as if resting. Their bright colors and soft lines make them look like they belong to a story only the sky can tell. It’s as if each one has its own secret, yet they all fit together in perfect harmony.

The painting feels calm and free, like the world has paused just for a moment. It invites you to imagine what it would be like to float without worry, to explore the endless sky without limits. Kandinsky seems to paint not just what he sees, but what he feels—a place where dreams and colors come alive. it’s a window to a peaceful, endless world where imagination can fly.

Fruity Spring  - Mix 2025

After a long flight, Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the 10 year old witch apprentice) gently touched down in the middle of the Serranía de la Macarena, an isolated mountain range in between the Llanos and the Amazon Forest. They received a warm welcome by Taina, a young Muisca witch which they had already met the year before. This place felt like a real garden of Eden, surrounded by lush green forests full of wild animals like jaguars or gray-legged tinamous, which are supercute ground-dwelling birds. The view on the nearby Andes mountains was absolutely breathtaking. This place felt like a true paradise.
And it even got better when Taina showed her guests the way to an idyllic waterfall. The witches didn’t hesitate one second. They slipped out of their immaculately white dresses and waded into the water, right next to the waterfall. There they noticed that the water was crystal clear. Taina explained that the name of this river is the Caño Cristales and that it has the clearest and purest water on earth. The water felt so pleasant on their skin and long hair, that the girls lazily swam around for over one hour. Then the girls spontaneously formed a circle and floated around with their legs intertwined, performing an improvised graceful water ballet. The witches became so deeply relaxed that they didn’t notice that they slowly drifted away with the current. The water gradually flowed faster and faster, and soon the witches were in the middle of a series of rapids. Witches are excellent swimmers who can stay under water for a long time, so the rapids were great fun for them. They yelled from excitement while sliding down waterfall after waterfall. After a while the river became really wild, and they had to hold their hands really tight in order to avoid getting separated. 
Strangely, Hekske started to see some unusual colors under water, ranging from green, blue, black, red to yellow. After sliding down yet another roaring waterfall, the girls swirled around in a natural pool where the water was a lot calmer. Taina explained that this place is called the giant’s kettle. And she added that this colorful river is also called the liquid rainbow. Hekske and Falke looked in awe at all these vivid colors. This river not only has the purest water on earth. It also has the most stunning colors.
This place truly felt like heaven on earth and the witches were in no hurry to get out of the crystal-clear water …

It has been 4 years already since the day that Lalita, the tree nymph, arrived in the witch’s forest to fulfill her lifelong duty, which is to protect the little oak tree in the middle of the woods. She had walked all the way from her home forest in South-East Asia and found her tree in a Flemish forest after an epic 3-year quest by following her inner compass. In the process she crossed countless majestic rivers, bone-dry deserts and snowy mountains.
Luckily, Lalita received a warm welcome by Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the witch apprentice) and she quickly felt at home in her new forest. Tree nymphs have a mission for life, and they always need to stay within 90 yards from the tree they are protecting.
Since the arrival of Lalita, the little oak tree has been thriving. It’s still only 3 feet tall, but its roots go dozens of feet deep in the ground. This is obviously no ordinary tree, as it is destined to live for over a thousand years and become the future mother tree of the forest ecosystem.
The little tree is surrounded by a badger’s sett, which consists of 11 concentric circles. Everywhere in the tunnel complex, roots of the oak tree can be found, which are easy to recognize as they have a soft pink color and pulsate with a slow but steady heartbeat.
The forest dwellers have done everything to make Lalita feel comfortable in her confined space around the oak tree. The ever-friendly badgers have even dug a pond for the nymph, so that she can take her daily bath, often accompanied by the two witches. The forest animals visit her regularly and listen to her age-old songs or to her ancient tales of the mountains above the Nam Song River. And sometimes they simply come to cuddle and frolic with the tree nymph. Lalita was almost always in a cheerful mood, smiling all the time.
But despite all the satisfaction of her important and successful mission, and all the love she receives from all the forest dwellers, there are times that Lalita feels a bit sad and homesick. That’s what happened the day before, after which Hekske and Falke decided to keep Lalita company during the night, under her cozy moss blanket. At first daylight in the morning, Bob The Owl hurried to the three girls. He had an important message to convey. At the edge of the forest, a strange parcel had been found. Hekske and Falke rushed to the place, where they found a big parcel wrapped in colorful silk. This looked distinctly Asian, so they decided to bring it to Lalita. The tree nymph was super excited when she saw the parcel. This clearly came from her home valley in South-East Asia. So that means that her friends and family hadn’t forgotten her!!  She unwrapped the parcel, and inside was a real treasure trove of goodies, including spices like cardamom and cinnamon. But most importantly, there were several pieces of cloth and many meters of yarn in all kinds of colors. Lalita immediately knew what to do with it. She started to stitch together the cloth, making a colorful skirt and jacket, and patiently embroidering sophisticated patterns. It took Lalita 3 days to complete her new set of clothes, as well as some ethnic ornaments and she just looked stunning wearing them. The witches and all forest animals came to see Lalita’s new colorful attire. And Lalita… she was shining like never before after receiving this surprise gift.
