To participate in the Haiku Music challenge:

- Make a song in response to the weekly assigned poem (a new poem is published every Wednesday)
- When choosing a title for your piece also include the assignment number, for example “Title of your track (naviarhaiku382)”

To submit your track:

- If you’re a Soundcloud user, upload it on Soundcloud and send me the URL via private message, or tag me in the track.
- If you upload your music on Youtube, Bandcamp or anywhere else, upload your submission and then send me the link by email at marco@naviarrecords.com or contact me on X, Facebook or Instagram

Created as a response to:

Created using Voltage Modular and a lot of crickets from freesound. 

The synth elements are quite minimal and all driven semi-randomly, there's a fair amount of subtle random modulation built into each element so the final track, while a live take was mostly a mix with only a few other controls.

All the cricket samples were CC0, I'll add attribution and links when I work out which ones I actually used. :)

Blue moon is rising,
Above the mountain,
Enter the dreamtime,
A veil between worlds.
Code of the nighttime,
A blue moon shaman,
Bathes stardust mountains,
In watercolour skies.

Enter the dreamtime,
Star mind, moon eyed,
Temple of the sky,
Blue topaz light.
Map of the stars,
The blue moon path,
Spirit of luna,
Within my heart.

Moon body rhythms,
Dreamweaving numbers,
Landscape of star maps,
Cosmic wheel of time.
Blue flower moon bloom,
Sky water ballet,
