Gone into Darkness
Accepted my Fate
Taken the Pounding
Taken the Pill
Sold My Soul &
Lost my grounding
Murdered
Disappointed the world
Falling and Fallen
Blessed are we when the shadows are solid
When illusions are flesh,
All hope forgotten
Freedom flies in the face of insanity
Freedom dives into darkness
Not fearing the pain
Not fearing the stain
Not fearing not ever being loved again
How free is the knowledge
When shadows are solid
Losing breath
Losing heart
Losing your smile
Tomorrows child
Never was
Never could be
Was never here
Blood rot from bitter root
Poison seed in a barren womb,
Her TOMB
All smiles lost
All hope forgotten
Blood child goodbye
Forgive me, goodbye
The night was cold and my heart
My heart
My heart could not warm
My mind was blank
I stepped into darkness
And all shadows were solid.
