Continuing with a roster of great releases, we would like to present our second collection of new single remixes for various tracks from our label, including 6 remixes from previous label contributors PoLYED, Numedian and 8 P.M, as well as our talented debutants No-No, Jeef B and Deni Sunrise.

As Summer Melody has dipped into the realm of deep progressive, we have another deep progressive veteran No-No joining the label, with his remix on IPeiqi's Rolling Hoping (from Summer Melodies Vol.2). Stacking with layers of melodies, chord and pads, the tribal-hinted atmosphere scatters across, provides with mythical yet soothing sensation. Another veteran Jeef B also provides a different take to the original of Lepo's Running, the spacious soundscape pairs with the solid bassline, flips the original to a more darker universe.

PoLYED returns to Summer Melody with another take of Dim Val Pol's Light Breeze, simple structure and sounds provides a remarkable atmosphere and soothing breeze to the original. Numedian also returns with his balearic senses into this beautiful remix of Fair Enough from Skyline Project (from Summer Melodies Vol.3), the tight rolling bassline pairs with nicely polished vocal chops and guitar and piano melodies, bringing back the summer feelings to the cold winter.

Our third debut comes from a newcomer yet who has some promising sounds, Deni Sunrise. Delicate melodic progressions remains yet delivers lush sounds at the same time. His remix on Dim Val Pol's Magical Summer was totally built by himself and reflorished with the original melodies. He is a talented producer need to be focused in the new year of 2020. Last but definitely not the least, we have 8 P.M provides a trance take of Secret Garden's April Lies (also from Summer Melodies Vol.2), as this widens the spectrum of progressive on Summer Melody. Upbeat tempo and heavy bassline highlights the original chords of April Lies, brings up the high energy on our bodies all at once.

Moroccan based progressive producer Jaafar Boukhari makes his steps back through our PHW division through his Jeef B moniker. For those following the label knows pretty much all about this guy and his music productions. This time he returns on original duty with the heartwarming “With You”. With great energy and solid melodic hooks, he surely is in for a treat to all you people across the globe, loving the progressive vibe. 

On remix duty we see a return from Houston, Texas bound artist WIll Canas who once again makes his steps together with our label. This is a high paced energy stormer packed with all the right elements to provide a progressive journey not to be missed.
We are also truly pleased to welcome a producer that quickly is getting recognition, as Argentine native Miguel Angel Castellini join our ever growing label family. With a slightly deeper remake, filled with clever textures and darker grooves, he surely showcase he is a name to remember and that we can promise you will hear more from soon.

The latest release from Madloch’s Sound Avenue imprint welcomes B.A.X. back to the label for his debut EP. The Vietnamese artist first appeared on Belgian imprint in January of this year with a remix of Madloch & Subnode’s ‘Lion’s Mane’. Classically trained and borderless in his approach to production, the Ho Chi Minh City resident has also found a home on fryhide, Manual Music and Sound Avenue affiliate 3rd Avenue. Now embarking on one of the most creative projects of his career B.A.X. presents his ‘Serenade to Earth’ EP.

An artist with a considerable amount of kudos under his sizeable belt, Juan Deminicis returns to Proton Music with another hugely impressive in "Synchronicity".

Hailing from the populous and sprawling Buenos Aries, capital, Juan Deminicis has risen high above the towering skyscrapers of his home city and far beyond his country's borders. Success has been a constant companion for the Argentinean as he follows in the footsteps of those who inspired him. Thus, Digweed, Sasha, Warren and fellow superstar countryman, Hernan Cattaneo have all had a profound influence upon the Juan Deminicis sound.

An accomplished DJ who performs weekly across the clubs of the capital and beyond, Deminicis' production career is no less impressive. A triple century of production credits has thus found its way on to some of the finest underground imprints of the digital age. A debut for Atlantdigital in 2008 has been followed by over a decade of releases for the likes of Guy J's Lost & Found, Guy Mantzur's Plattenbank and Cattaneo's Sudbeat Music. Moreover, Proton Music has been a constant companion on the Juan Deminicis journey after January 2012's "Downshifting" debut with Pablo Acenso, followed a year later but the white-hot "Behind the Sun" EP and April 2019's "Life on the Moon". Remixed by a cast of stars that include Guy Mantzur & Khen, D-Nox & ZAC and GMJ & Matter, Deminicis has also been a highly sought-after artist.

Returning to the label after a remix of Michael A in May 2019, Juan Deminicis opens his 2020 account with the twin-track, "Synchronicity". The title track is a glorious melodic gem that shines across 7-minutes with its shimmering, sunlit motifs and hypnotic arpeggios. Conjuring images of warm and hazy afternoons, smooth delays and free-flowing keys ripple across a rhythmic framework characterised by shuffling hi-hats and rolling percussive groove. The result is wonderfully produced affair.

Opening with a grooved bassline that sits perfectly against a crisp percussive shell and seismic kick, "Sounds of Freedom" builds in effortless fashion with a swathe of melodic phrases that have their spiritual roots firmly in Kraftwerk's immaculate melodic programming. Cleverly building through textured white-noise washes and stratified layers of sound, the resultant track is a glorious reminder of Deminicis' talent, craft and technique.

The incredible "Synchronicity" flowing through Juan Deminicis' twin-track EP is certain to bring causal success.

"Sailor's Cry," the first single from his forthcoming album ("A Place For Everything") on Silk Music, centers on an intoxicating organic house groove, as wistful female vocal hooks and melancholic keys coalesce to craft an exceedingly beautiful soundscape. As the track progresses, a robust new bassline layer subtly emerges, and haunting strings make a dramatic entrance as well. Pouring out like the plaintive inner voice of a sailor lost at sea, the full vocal refrain finally arrives in the main breakdown and continues through the drop, as the protagonist battles an especially stormy sea. A.M.R's breathtaking strings guide us through the stirring finale, with the narrator's journey left indelibly in our hearts, long after the song's conclusion.'

Vivrant's third release of the year follows up on the remix debuts from Hunter/Game and Locked Grove, and gives us a return from Jeremy Olander with melodic retro stomper 'Steps'. 

You don't know how much you miss something until it's no longer there, and never have we missed the inside of a rammed club as much as when we listen to 'Steps'. This uplifting, happy-go-lucky body of work with a distinct 80s retro vibes features Jeremy's trademark thumping energy and suspense that we know and love.

Albeit joyous in essence, the lead melody in 'Steps' still masterfully captures Jeremy's melancholic and omnipresent undertone, and adds a sour note to the otherwise saccharine lead, creating a perfectly balanced concoction for the spiring and summer. Coupled with an elaborate drum-pattern that blesses it with an infectious groove, 'Steps' will keep your ears intrigued and feet moving.

As we enter the summer months during a time unlike any we’ve seen before, Esteble’s Amazonica EP flows along with an aire of calmness, offering a respite from the craze. The longtime friends and roommates share a unique ability to converge on untouched rhythms, utilizing a diverse range of influences bred from their true musicianship.

Continuing the EP’s journey, we are excited to announce the Amazonica Remixes. A group of stellar producers have revisited Esteble’s originals, maintaining the deep rooted grooves and understated melodies while pushing the arrangements into new musical directions.

David Orin has been a key figure in New York’s surging deep and melodic scene, and is making his way onto the international radar through a series of productions dripping in quality. His amazing Antemeridian, the debut release for Kora’s label Saisons, turned many eyes and ears in Orin’s direction, including those of Esteble and the team at XYZ. Vanuatu provided Orin with the melodic canvas, as he’s added lighter tones and a lovely backbone to the original. It’s a perfect closer to a remix EP that harnesses the calming nature of the original work, while adding life and character, extending the journey of Amazonica.
