I'm here to share and appreciate all genres of music.  Most of what I am currently recording is electronic, and largely ambient, in nature; however, I have recently started recording cover songs of various tunes.  So, since I'm no longer strictly ambient (only mostly), I've changed my SoundCloud name to Smooth Waters Sonic Journeys.  Headphones greatly enhance the listening experience. Hello, I love to create beautiful music here in New Zealand, typically combining intimate guitar and piano composition with richly harmonic strings and delicate textures.

Besides my own music, I produce and engineer for other artists, arrange strings, co-write songs, and compose for film and television. I'm also building a robot.
