I have been waiting with bated breath for the Laroye (@tomlaroye) album to drop and release day is finally upon us this Friday, 26th. Laroye is an artist who stands our as crafting sublime deep house and beyond. The production values of his tracks are always sky high, he's and artist who exudes a serious passion for what he does. PBR Streetgang are currently celebrating 20 years in the business with their excellent PBR 20 LP, a compilation of their finest moments which showcases some of their most celebrated original tracks alongside some of their exquisite remixes, including a few which have never been officially released before.

They are also on the road this summer and one of the gigs that really stands out is their appearance at the Wild Wood Disco, in Linton Cambs, on Friday June 16ht when they takeover the Paradise Lost stage with Apricot Ballroom and Mafalda. 

The festival line-up is packed with some of the most influential acts from the house and disco underground including appearances by Crazy P Soundsystem, Optimo (Espacio), Dam Swindle, Itchy Rich, TIgerbalm, Secrersundaze and many more incredible artists. @gleddmusic has been a fascinating artist to watch over the last few years. As well as delivering a constant stream of excellent music, he's also clearly a very talented DJ who holds himself to very high standards. His label @saintwaxrecords has been brilliantly curated featuring Tiptoes, Siggatunez, Soulcheeba and many more excellent artists with each release well worth picking up in it's own right.

With a brilliant new EP landing imminently via @bonfidodisques I thought that it was high time that I tracked Gledd down, asked him to step up to the LV decks and had a good chat with him about his career, Saint Wax, the new EP and what he has incoming in 2023.

Glenn has over 25 years DJing experience that has seen him play many clubs and festivals over the years including UK festivals Southport Weekender and Liverpool Disco Festival. 
A passionate vinyl collector since the mid nineties he’s passion for finding and playing good music never stops.

As part of Dublins Groovement Soul collective he was involved in running successful club nights in Dublin since 2003 bringing Dj’s Kev Beadle , Phil Asher , Lay Far , Recloose , Bob Jones , Mad Matt’s , Thatmanmonkz and many more to Ireland

In 2012 Glenn began he’s journey into music production which has seen him work with U.K. House music legend Ashley Beedle (Africanz On Marz) on four releases. 

Glenn’s Body & Soul Ep , Namida Ep and Special Ep all on (F*CLR Records) have gained support from Dj’s of the caliber of  Laurant Garnier, DJ Moxie, Joey Negro, Dj Cosmo , Dj Nature and many more with Francois K playing Namida (Africanz on Marz remix) on his World Wide FM show. 

Glenn’s latest releases “A Place For You EP” (Deeper Groove 003) and “Better Daze Ep ”on respected Cologne label Yore Records have been receiving great feedback and support from DJ’s Jimpster , Lars Behenroth  , Fish Go Deep, T Hill Detroit Radio, Luke Solomon , Vince Watson, Mr V ,  Mark Grusane , Jon Cutler, Giles Smith , Colin Dale and many more.

Glenn has also recently released on prestigious label Local Talk Records 13 years later compilation and finished remixes for Dj Craig Smith & Dj Gratts , the later on Brighton’s acclaimed Wolf Music.

Heavyweight Scottish production duo @6thboroughproject have a wicked new EP 'Rhythm and Truth' landing this coming Friday on Jimpster's brilliant @delusionsofgrandeur label. Delivering again on the trademark deep disco meets groove infused house sound that has made them cult favourites across the globe it's a delight of a triple tracker.

For the 6th edition of our Grooveology guest-mix series we are delighted to welcome one of our favourite UK-based labels, Moment Cinetique, back to the platform for what is another stellar set. Just hit the link in our bio.

Delivered by label boss, Dave Platts, it’s a perfect blend of highs and lows as he takes us through the motions with deep flavours from Frits Wentink and Keita Sano perfectly contrasted with uplifting tones from Sweet Fruity Brunch, Nebraska and Tree Threes, the latter of which featuring twice on the mix with some great new and forthcoming music by way of the Moment Cinetique label. For the final 3rd of the set, Dave ramps up the energy with some hedonistic vibes from Kaffe Crème, Sudden Moves and Lay-far, on labels such as Pomme Frite, Freerange and Slothboogie to name a few
