You want to eat, and your caveman buddy says, 'You know what? 30 grams of protein, that's it. Stop.' And you're hungry. You just want to eat and eat and eat. You want the whole deer leg. It makes sense, from a biological standpoint, that your body can take in and utilize a lot of protein, certainly a lot more than 30 grams."
