Being human is such is trip. We have this incredible consciousness and intelligence to be able to appreciate the magnificence and beauty of life. The ability to feel gratitude and see the magic. To understand where we have come from and how the universe began. But what comes with that is the difficultly to manage all our complex emotions, our wonder of why we are here, what is our purpose?
This is why it is important, I believe, to have the ability to travel out of our minds and into our bodies. To quiet the mind and feel the presence of living, instead of questioning it, thinking about it, the past and the future. To just be. To just live. We are all just here for the experience I believe- making it whatever we choose. To just enjoy.
