Elrow Music’s ERM084 arrives directly from the beautiful Italian city of Verona. Italia’s Francis White is the man in charge of the 84th instalment of elrow Music, which can be considered more a mini-album than an EP. 

‘Houszd EP’ is an original four tracker by White, starting with the track that gives its name to the album. ‘Housdz (Original Mix)’ has a masterly constructed structure and is the kind of track that builds itself progressively, in which we can hear a wooden percussion, almost tribal, with melodies and effects that turns this track into a playful but darkish progression, thanks to its creepy vocals. 

On the contrary, ‘Rocket (Original Mix)’ starts strong, with a distressing sound that fades away, replaced by a groovy bassline, with dark vocals, that breaks down with an amazing synth melody that goes till the end of the track.

 ‘Freakish (Original Mix)’ starts with the same energy than the previous track, although with sexy vocals, a metallic and tight percussion, alien effects and a playful feel to it, a sound signature that elrow Music is trying to stablish with its latest releases. 

Finally, ‘Soldier (Original Mix)’ is the mini-album’s closing track, with a loose percussion and a kind of distressing vocal progression, that continues with the line of the rest of this work’s tracks. All in all, ‘Housdz EP’ continues with the sound signature that elrow Music is trying to stablish with their latest releases and that strengthens elrow’s sound beyond the dancefloor.

Fast rising talent Josh Baker lands back on Luca Cazal and Brigante’s See Double imprint with his 'Explore' EP, which features a title track that's been a certified weapon on the dancefloor.

Paired with breathy vocals from JAXN, Josh Baker's 'Explore' first emerged with support in sets by Romanian talent Barac and has since exploded as a raw house banger. The track builds on Baker's reputation for delivering gripping tracks, with a hard hitting bass riff and glistening hi-hats to keep clubland engaged throughout.

The 'Explore' EP, which also features a second original as well as a remix by FUSE resident Rich NxT, is out now.

TB Premiere: Iglesias - Where? [Of Unsound Mind]

'Where?' EP is about showing my diversity and letting people know that I don't stick to one sub-genre.

So I was working late in the studio when I suddenly got inspired to write something new. I often get really inspired and let my mind go when I am extremely tired - so I opened up Logic and started playing around with some melodies and drum grooves. I found a vocal that fit perfectly and about 2 hours later I had a finished track in front of me. Normally I will start by writing a break down going into a drop and listen to that loop for a few hours before I continue. But I remember thinking after 2 hours that this is the first time I had listened to the track all the way through. 

I wrote Dubler towards the end of summer after going to a few Paradise Parties in ibiza. I love the sound but always thought it needed a bit more percussion for my liking. I got back to the studio after a trip and decided to try write something fresh; something that still had that bouncey groove with acid melodies, but also with my style of percussion and high energy. My intention was to write something that could be played at any point of the night whether it be an opening DJ, at peak time or closing off a night. I kept this track on my harddrive and waited for the right label to send it to. As soon as Skream took 'Where?' I knew this would be the perfect B side.

With previous releases on Dusty Grooves plus an stunning single on Amine Edge & DANCE’s renowned CUFF, the producer shows his firm bets on hip-hop infused tech-house beats. Following that formula, tittle cut ‘Damm Fresh’ opens things showing ODCEE great studio skills. With a very astonishing intro where multiple percussion goes in and out the track maintains a great vibe until the great climax is reached with a detuned lead. An MC male repeats ‘Damm Fresh’ in a catchy way guiding listener to madness. As b-side and as a great tool, ‘Tipsy’ offers a nice low-end due to the fat sub-bass.

Following collaborations alongside the likes of DJ Sneak, Guti, and Satoshi Tomiie, and sets at European hotspots including Heideglühen, Watergate and Rex Club, the Plant 74 Records boss now makes his Infuse debut as he delivers four fresh productions in the form of his latest EP, ‘Whut Klubb Phuture Holdz?’. The lively ‘Original Rudebwoy’ sees sharp hi-hats meet two-step drum arrangements atop of menacing garage- tinged low-ends.
