Manchester-based imprint Libero Records is quickly becoming a staple in the diet of many underground tech-house appreciators. With a stripped-back approach and rhythmic grooves teeming throughout their already blossoming catalogue of releases, it’s easy to see why the label’s exposure is growing at an exponential rate. 

Label frontmen Mike Morrisey, Luke Welsh and Dan Costello lead the march in pushing the Libero Sound to the masses.

Building around a focus on percussive, minimalist tech-house inspired by concepts like the infamous Music On and artists like Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Paco Osuna and many more; Libero’s ethos is centred around the rolling soul of underground dance music. Through the label, as well as regular events and a frequent podcast series, they consistently broadcast their simple yet effective Libero Sound ideology to the farthest corners of the scene.

Maria Martina Merlino (Maiti Merlino) (1996) comenzó su carrera como DJ y Productora e n el año 2012. Siguiendo desde muy chica la música logró obtener un peculiar estilo musica lbasado en una mezcla de sonidos del House & Techno en el que se destacan las melodías y las líneas de graves intensos. En sus sets se denotan sus preferencias por el Groove del Tech House, las melodías del Techno y así cómo también la prolijidad de las percusiones del house alemán.
Desde su formación a la fecha, ha participado en varias de las fiestas Under de Buenos Aires e incluso produciendo su propia fiesta Groowin, con la participación del dj IGLESIAS en el club llamado Moscu, ex Pacha Buenos Aires. La versatilidad en sus sets, su personalidad y su conexión con la pista la ha llevado también a participar en los grandes clubes de la ciudad y sus alrededores cómo Crobar,La Estación Córdoba, Niceto Club, Mandarine, Rio Electronic Music, Jet, La Normandina MDQ etc. compartiendo cabina con artistas Internacionales como Cuartero, Fatboy Slim, Hosh, Guy Gerber, Santé, Peggy Gou, Edu Imbernon, Rafa Barrios, Ida Engberg, DJ Sneak, Super Flu, Los Suruba, Gorge, Coyu y grandes referentes nacionales c o m o
Manu Desrets, Londonground, Toomy Disco, Santiago Garcia, Matteo Gritti, Sound Process, Carlos Alfonsín, Dj Paul, etc. También fue entrevistada en varias ocasiones por Danzeria web, Infobae TV, Inprogresso Radio Venezuela, City Radio Venezuela y también Canal América.
Actualmente residiendo en Mallorca, España continuando con su carrera profesional.
