In this 29.29 minute guided meditation, you will be taken though a process to bring all the separated parts of self into a consciously created circle of self empowerment. The 12 archetypes that make up each human,   our selves at each age, younger versions, older versions, aspects and identities we both resist and attach too.   And you will consciously have them all merge as one with you.     And doing this process more than once, will offer other parts of the self, to come in, parts unknown, blocked out, resisted.    To bring them all in to the heart space of self Unification.

Power- this word
Often misconstrued 
What does it mean?
What is its proper use?

Is power something
That you can own?
Can it be taken from you?
Is it something we loan?

There’s external power
Like ruling the land 
A king of the kingdom
Presiding over all man 

If our choice effects others
Does that make us powerful?
Should we wield our decisions  
To serve the weak and the small?

Plant medicine and ceremony has been helping humanity heal for countless generations. Most people are familiar with the idea of going into the jungle and sitting in plant medicine ceremonies to heal themselves. This can be a beautiful thing and I am infinitely grateful for all of our plant and fungi teachers.
But did you know that you can experience a profound, psychedelic and medicinal journey without having to go to the jungle and drink medicine in ceremony?

Where can I do this?
In our ecstatic dance medicine circle, the powerful container that we all co-create and participate in every week. 

What makes this space powerful?
This space is intentionally created both physically and energetically and is created specifically for free self expression through the body without using words or conventional language.

How is this done? 
By simply getting out of your own way, getting  out of your rational and judge mental mind. 
By focusing on your breath and closing your eyes you can more easily tune into your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Trust me, they do want your attention! 
By bringing your awareness to these parts of yourself you then drop ever deeper into the present moment experience and it becomes easier and easier to simply and continual let go of the monkey mind when it pops up in your awareness. 

Allow this musical soundscape be your medicine journey. See if you can lose yourself in the music and really go for the ride. And don't worry, your rational mind will be waiting for you on the other side. 
This musical journey is crafted with lots of love and made in honor and gratitude of Vilcabamba/Ecuador/South America and all of Latin America and of course our African roots.
