“Dhanya Vad” means “Gratitude” in Sanskrit.

Leopan went through a dark and challenging period and at times he did not feel to be grateful for anything at all. Getting into music creation again however helped him to re-connect with his essence and his vibration started to raise again and he hopes that this Sound Healing Journey will support you in uplifting your spirit, dissolving negative energies and  to create a sense of deep peace and trust.

He used the following frequencies and tunings to amplify these intentions:

All sounds are tuned to the solfeggio tuning of A = 444 Hz

111 Hz - which appears to be a healing frequency that can cause a multitude of beneficial effects ranging from cell regeneration over treating insomnia to boosting intuition and inducing meditative states -  is woven into this composition as well 

396 Hz to resonate the Root Chakra, which gives us a sense of groundedness, a deeper connection to mother earth and it also calms down the nervous system and helps us to release fear and anxiety.

639 Hz for the Heart Chakra, to stimulate and boost our sense of love for ourselves and others, inviting gratitude and forgiveness.

Binaural Beats support our brain to synchronize both sides of the brain and entrain it into a deep relaxed and meditative state.

This is recording of singing bells with the base bowl of D# for the Sacral Chakra. This also contains a binaural beat of 5hz. The ocean sounds were recorded at Akumal Beach near Tulum, Mexico.

Tibetan Singing bells produce monaural beats and overtones which may induce states of deep relaxation. Binaural beats, which have also been added, are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. These sounds can also help with getting to sleep. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones. Do not listen while driving. Use headphones. Find a quiet, peaceful place. Take a comfortable position. Breathe deeply. "Ground yourself, be in connection with Mother Earth. Embrace the area of the Sacred Heart (just below the physical heart), stay in this space throughout the meditation.
Turn on the intention: Connection to the Soul
Listen to my voice. Recall a feeling of gratitude. Maintain this feeling and connection with Mother Earth by remaining in the space of the Holy Heart throughout all meditation /contemplation.

How to conduct contemplation.
Do not listen while driving. Use headphones. Find a quiet, peaceful place. Take a comfortable position. Breathe deeply. "Ground yourself, be in connection with Mother Earth. Embrace the area of the Sacred Heart (just below the physical heart), stay in this space throughout the meditation.
Turn on the intention: Connection to the Soul/ Trust Yourself/your intuition/inner wisdom
Listen to my voice. Recall a feeling of gratitude. Maintain this feeling and connection with Mother Earth by remaining in the space of the Holy Heart throughout all meditation /contemplation.
Listen as often as You feel. For example a few times a day per week.
