sharp shifts 
that have taken place... for me ... recentliii, perptualiii.... ALLways... 

iii believe in my strength to withstand me thr(u) this moment. iii believe in the rooted guidance of my ancestors, and the earth to ground me thr(u) this change. 

moments of quick change in my recent past meant that i lost myself... got caught up... allowed others to use and abuse ... survived myself thru use and abuse .... ooof

iii relinquish the tethers of past experiences that moments of rapid change trigger me into dropIN into... flight or fight or dissassociate... or loose my mind .... and almost lose my life. NO MORE.

iii trust that this BE a k(new) phase of my self .... that soothes hxrself through the blx womxned rite of standing for nothing less than what shx needs and deserves to feel in hxr depth of breath and security.... hxr foundation FIRM to continually bear life... 

this is the relationship to rapid change... and moveIN that i choose.
