If the pillows could talk, there would be no more secrets on earth. Me, I prefer that the pillows are silent because certain confessions must remain for their sole owners. I dedicate this melody to Madame Hérivale de La Fontaine who inspired me with her poem '' L’Oreiller ''.

This song is a cover of Mastodon from their album Emperor of the Sands. The other day I had ran into Kevin who was the drummer in the last band I was in and he had told me that his wife had passed away last year right before Christmas. He asked me if I would help him deal with the grief process and his wish was to do 3 songs by Mastodon from this album.

Of course I didn't want to tell him no not just because of his suffering, but he was one of my best friends and the best drummer I have ever played with. I asked why he wanted to do Mastodon songs and why that album. Instead of telling me he sent me a link to the making of the album and while Mastodon was recording this album several members of the band had lost loved ones to cancer and he also considers Brann Dailor one of the best drummers in the world.
