so upsetting seeing so many Australian festivals struggling to continue operating currently, coming together in music & community are now more important than ever !!

woɓs is a heavy bass appreciator with a broad taste and a "don't expect anything" kind of approach. Rooted in drum and bass, his sets often venture into 140 and glitch territory - built to take you on a bit of a journey rather than stick to one lane.

He first popped up in late 2024 after a mate threw him a set in Canberra, and things have been rolling from there. Since then, he's played at events like Bass Mechanics at Reload in the ACT, both Developmental and Developmental II in NSW, and the Spring Beach Party under Soul Jazz Soundsystem.

Blue-collar at heart and always chasing thick, technical bass - if it wobs, he'll spin it.

Seit inzwischen neun Jahren steht Minzkönig an den Decks – angefangen hat es in Würzburg, heute ist er in Darmstadt zu Hause. Als Teil der beat.stay.love-Crew ist er regelmäßig unterwegs und hat sich fest in der lokalen Bass-Music-Szene verankert.

Seine Leidenschaft gilt den gebrochenen Beats rund um 175 BPM – ein Tempo, das ihn nicht mehr loslässt. In seinen Sets trifft düster-minimalistischer Sound auf wilde Breakbeats, raue Basslines und funky Stabs, die für überraschende Energie sorgen. Immer deep, immer treibend – Minzkönig weiß, wie man Floors in Bewegung bringt.

Bei diesem Mix hat Minzkönig tief in den Releases der Zeit gegraben, in der er das Genre für sich so richtig entdeckt hat - 2009-2011. Freut euch auf eine entsprechende Mischung von early 2010er Shogun Sound und modernem Flexout. Begleitet wird das Ganze von Konsul, dem lyrischen Weggefährten vom Minzkönig, dessen Vocals aus dem Unity Project hier ihren Weg auf neue Tunes finden.

Canis x Sirius return to where it all began with their debut Vibe City EP ‘Cold Ways’, dropping Friday 15th August. Four tracks of cinematic, emotive Liquid Drum & Bass built for festival sunsets, late-night closers, and pure dancefloor connection.

From the soulful lift of ‘Wide Awake’ with Hattie, to the summery flow of ‘Should Have Never’, the duo bring groove, melody, and polish in equal measure. ‘Cold’ dives into deeper, darker Liquid territory, while ‘Ways’ brings gritty, club-ready energy to end things on a high.

The father and son team have been building serious momentum since their first Vibe City appearance in 2024, with standout releases on Dirtbox Recordings and a UKF feature shining a light on their journey.
