Limbo Records was founded in 1992 by Director and Owner of 23rd Precinct Music, Billy Kiltie. The label had a huge success from the very start with its first three releases selling over 20,000 units. Limbo went on to release music from some of the biggest names in the dance scene. 
Not only were Limbo Records the leading label in Progressive House...they created it.
