"The Beginning of the End (From Soulless Point Game)" is the third soundtrack release for the game Soulless Point, in development by Per Triangle Productions, released on August 18, 2023. This EP further intensifies the immersion in the psychological horror of the abandoned asylum, combining sounds that oscillate between the disturbing and the deeply melancholic as the player progresses in their solitary escape—all built within the Godot 4 engine, resonating with the atmospheres of Half-Life 1 and Portal 2, but with a PSX aesthetic.

The EP opens with dark synth-pop tracks, where dense synths and processed vocals create a somber mood, accompanied by horror SFX and electronic timbales reminiscent of distorted ritual beats. As the soundtrack progresses, it enters the realm of ambient and atmospheric music, with wide soundscapes, drones, and textural layers that amplify the feeling of tension and absence of time.

The final track surprises with the introduction of an acoustic composition played on piano and saxophone, with a clearly narrative and emotional vocation. This passage can be categorized as reflective jazz or melancholic jazz, evoking farewell, nostalgia, and the humanity behind the yearning for escape.

This unfolding—from dark and menacing synth-pop, through foreboding sonic ambience, culminating in sensitive sax and piano—functions like a micro-narrative arc in music: from conflict to emotional resolution, from darkness to emotionally charged silence.

"The Beginning of the End" reinforces Ramon Inc.'s talent for creating tracks that not only accompany gameplay but also narrate the player's experience through music.
It's the sound of doors opening onto darkness—until a sax blast announces the end of the nightmare.

Nikos Bitsimeas aka Rising Galaxy was born in 1976 in central Greece. He has studied classical trumpet, piano and composition until the age of 19. He discovered electronic music and got involved in the blooming rave scene of the early 90s. He was playing music as a deejay in local trance and early Goa parties from 93 and from 94 started to build his first home studio.
He became known as Infinite Zen and as one third of Brain Deflections band his tracks circulated in the international psychedelic trance DAT scene. He also played live in Israel and Germany. By the change of the millenium he started to shift his productions towards house and deep house and since then he released EPs on various labels.
By the end of the 00s he started to concentrate in ambient productions and field recordings and to his early love of psychedelic trance. He has also worked over 15 years, both in music and news radio stations as program operator and post
production engineer. He continues to spin progressive psy-trance and ambient to various parties in open and squatted spaces around the city of Athens.

Dj SolEye @ Karma Kusala Festival 2018

"Mutation" is a collection of sonic experiments and performances that may or may not contain extraterrestrial DNA. The second edition of MICRO MUTEK AE featured an eclectically curated line up of some of the most visionary and original artists in the electronic music and visual/tech world. 

This time the experiment was conducted at MUTEK's Nocturne 1 with quite a curious turnout of scientists( sane and insane ) and non-primate lab assistants ( they did have heels though )

MUTEK is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the dissemination and development of digital creativity in sound, music, and audio-visual art.

No ears were harmed during these mixes.

I fell in love with music in the early 1980s, listening to the radio and playing the piano at a friend’s house. In the age of 12, my father opened a door to new horizons: Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Kraftwerk, etc. were brought to my attention. These artists thoroughly inspired my creation of music. Soon after, I began to play the drums in several rock bands, discovering the world of music and giving my first concerts, but I knew – or rather: I felt – that this was only the beginning of the journey. In 1996, I discovered the goatrance scene, and I was completely amazed and in awe of the synthetic sounds and unusual melodies used in that music. After enjoying this new scene as a party-goer for 4 years, I bought my first computer and began composing electronic music around the 2000s. Completely in love with the psychill movement, which inspired me enormously, I began to produce music in my style. Discovering new music now and then, this is what also influences the constant evolution of my own sound. After a few releases on various CHILL compilations and after playing on the first few chillout stages at psytrance festivals (both live Act and DJ Set), I finally released my first album in 2012 “Time Equals Eternity”. 2016 the 2nd Album was released on my favorite record label “Hadra Records”. Currently, I’m strongly focusing my energies on a new band project which I initiated in 2015 – together with a groovy guitar player and a violin player with a classical music background I create something you could call psychedelic bluesworldfolkmusic. The band’s name is “Krautcontrol”. But I’m also working on my third psychedelic chillout album which I will release in 2021. And there’s more to come, folks!

Hadra Altervision Records is the new hybrid label of the Hadra association. Founded in 2017, the label aims to promote alternative aesthetics to psytrance music and shines through the diversity of its musical energies: Chill-Out, Downtempo, Ethno-world, Psybass, Psydub, Techno, Dub and Drum’n’Bass.
