It seems to be a tough emotion but with the right tweaks their circuits carve digital synapses that produce what i call "mechamine", a chemical reaction just like the mix of serotonin, endorphin and dopamine in humans. Like all beings, they confront their deepest darkest fears, conflict is essential, only the fiercest of all signals survive.

Night Visions - DD Remixes {TEASER}

Desert Dwellers were extremely honored to open for one of their favorite artists Shpongle (Simon Posford) for a 7 week tour in early 2014 called The Museum of Consciousness Tour. Consisting of 42 gigs around the United States, the combo of Desert Dwellers and Shponlge turned out to be a very powerful show. This particular Desert Dwellers set was the live unedited recording of the show in Lafayette on March 27th, where some mega fans were tearing it up in the dancefloor. Big thanks to Simon, Zebbler, Ben, Hippie, and Pete for such an epic tour!

He's been working closely with his new Bermuda Trio in Melbourne and recently collaborated with Kane Ikin on their Coup d'etat project which saw the release of an EP earlier this month on CDT. You can catch Harvey Sutherland live throughout Europe in March and April. This is what he had to say about his mix;

Ozorian Ocean - Live @ O.Z.O.R.A. 2016 Dome

Akbal Music celebrates 10 years in the market with a big release divided in 3 parts. First part is here and includes tracks by Vivid, Pablo Bolivar & In 2 Deep, Miguel Puente, Mano Andrei. All tracks are unique and represent the sound of the label and the idea we want to transmit with organic , deep , emotional and groovie tunes that will take dancefloors into another level. 

The first track of the EP by Vivid is a slow ethnic shamanic introduction track to set the mood on the record, then we welcome Pablo Bolivar & In 2 Deep with their infectious melodies to create an emotional tune to build the momentum of the second track of the EP.

The 3rd track is delivered by a regular of the label Miguel Puente from Mexico to create an hypnotic tune to increase the vibe of the record.

Finally we have Mano Andrei from Romania to finish this EP with a stunning groove that djs will definitely use this as an important track of their sets.

MUTEK is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the dissemination and development of digital creativity in sound, music, and audio-visual art. Concentrated on elevating the art of live contemporary electronic music and cutting-edge visual works, MUTEK.AE 2017 brought together artists crossing and combining disciplines to create a unique and compelling event.

No animal, human or alien ears were harmed during this mix.

"Mutation" is a collection of sonic experiments and performances that may or may not contain extraterrestrial DNA. The second edition of MICRO MUTEK AE featured an eclectically curated line up of some of the most visionary and original artists in the electronic music and visual/tech world. 

This time the experiment was conducted at MUTEK's Nocturne 1 with quite a curious turnout of scientists( sane and insane ) and non-primate lab assistants ( they did have heels though )
